There was so much ant in my bed. Then reception changed my room but then the balcony doors is broken. 1st time at this hotel but it was not good experience. I changed to another hotel right away.

No security guards tell me where to park my car. Things in the room terrible, they didn’t fix the electricity, the window door dirty and can not open . Breakfast great, cooking guys very nice.

Basic and run down ”
Room wasn’t what we’d paid for (sea view) just a bunch of buildings. No one spoke English so couldn’t do anything about it. Breakfast was pretty awful too.
The room was rundown and not properly clean, the sheets were stained. Won’t be staying again.

Close to beach, center, noisy.”
Room needs more security (door is not secured, anybody can open from outside. One day we came back to room and found door was unlocked, the cleaning lady did not close it right). Price is too high for an average hotel. Bathroom not very clean. TV not working.

Not a good choice”
The only good thing is location.
Staff are not really friendly , i heard many arguments between staff. Facilities are old and poor. Real room is not as nice as it on pictures. Bathroom is kind of old and dirty.

Good location but many dirty.
The room with many lost hairs, the draft and bed are not renew, not clean and clear.
Someone was puke at lobby, in front of the elevator of 6th floor, we has notify to staffs and receptionist but over the morning, it was still very dirty and smell. Awwww. My children can not stand. In the afternoon, when we checked out, it was still not clear and we has to bring the packages over the smell gum. :((

Getting worse”
Took 1 night in Nov for my weekend. The facilites are getting worse compare to last times I stayed here. Bathroom is not really clean, quiet smelly. Breakfast (buffet) doesnt have many choices, food is not good and over 90% the same menu for the last 3 years I visited here. With the price of almost $45 for 1 night stayed at the wk, i would like to have many better choices of 3* hotel in this area. I would definitely consider and switch to other choices if this is not solved!

Too noise, 2am we are waked up by the noise of the other room, we booked the Superior (king bed) but in fact, it is 2 single bed, they arrange them side by side to become a King bed
