Back of Patong - Relatively Quiet Location”
Patong is now a very busy little town. The closer you are to the Beach the busier it gets. Club Coconut is a few hundred meters inland from the beach and relatively quieter and if you able to hire a motorbike it easy to travel where you like.

Good location ordinary Room for a reasonable price”
The hotel is just a few metres from Nanai road which is a busy road ideal for tourists with heaps of massage centres, bike rentals and other shops. The Hotel is probably a 15 min walk to Bangla road and Jungceylon Shooping Mall and Patong Beach - main beach in Phuket. We were able to hire a bike for a cheaper price of 200 Bahts at one of the shops outside the hotel. There was no water in the taps twice during our stay. I mentioned it to the hotel staff who seemed indifferent as if it happened all the time. I had to find the owner who fixed it in 15 minutes. The rooms are ordinary, reasonably large, airconditioned and the rooms are cleaned daily which is good. We had a room looking over the pool whic was good. The hotel can be maintained better as the most of the fittings in the bathroom were broken. The toilet and shower are next to each other which may not be comfortable to some. We had no issues with the stay until the last day when the receptionist booking our taxi asked me to walk to the destination if I was not happy with the price quoted. I found that quite rude and I told the ladyboy that he should not speak to customers that way. The English owner seems disengaged with the attitude and behaviour of his staff and I think it is because he cant understand what they are speaking in Thai. The place can be run better if the owner was more assertive with his staff and the rooms were maintained better. We got a cheap deal through Agoda and that was the only consolation for the service levels.

Clean and convenient location”
we stayed there for 1 week, Towels were changed everyday and rooms were clean daily. Definitely value for money. Wifi is all around the resort and it is available in your room as well If you are looking for budget stay with clean rooms, bed and pillow Club coconut resort will be the choice.

recuperation vacation”
Booked in for 3 nights and spent 6 nights as it was just what we were looking for. My visit to Patong was for extensive dental work, so I was looking for something nice and quiet to recuperate in between appointments. Club coconut met these requirements - spent time relaxing around the quiet pool area and the room was airconditioned plus fans with balcony, so was able to rest peacefully without any noise whenever we wanted to. It is away from all the hustle and bustle of Patong town which is exactly what we wanted. Really enjoyed the western brekky also (with a choice of asian if wanted). Will be going back again to complete treatment in Sept 10, and will stay here again.

I was given a bungalow for the stay. It was a free upgrade. The hotel was booked at a very cheap price via Agoda. It was far from the city centre though. Then again, it is good if you want to be away from the buzz of Phuket. Taxis and tuktuks are cheap in Phuket, so no problems about transport.

Great place to stay on budget”
Staff have been helpful even if they were not well versed in English. The owner was also there and he was quite accommodating to our request. Airport transfer is not included in what you pay for but the hotel atranged for us and the vehicle had great airconditioning and drivers were good. Only downside, around 20mins walk to patong beach and you couldnt really use the pool but overall stay was good

Comfortable, Clean, Good Value”
It's a long way from the beach and tuktuk drivers will overcharge you greatly if they think you are unfamiliar with Patong. There are some pleasant restaurants just along the road from the hotel and the area is reasonably quiet. I would certainly stay there again and have no difficulty in recommending it to others.

OK for the money”
Stayed for 10 nights with the wife. Had some initial problems no water. Had a talk the the owner Keith...a real nice guy...upgraded us to a better room with good airconditioning. The place is quiet and only a 30 min walk to the beach. 10 mins to the major shopping centre. There is a great BBQ place 3 mins walk away...129bht per person with 150 bht jugs of singha. It's not on the beach but reasonable value for the money. We rented a bike for the 10 days from rental place at the Nanai rd intersection Nouvo Elegance 135cc 150 bht a day....best beach is Paradise beach.

Cheap, but value for the money!”
The hotel is located on Nanai rd, very close to pretty much anything in patong. Shopping, nightlife, restaurants, beach life. The rooms are small, but it is clean and they have a/c in every room. The "looks" on the rooms is not very nice, but beds are comfortable and they clean the room every day. The hotel also have a swimming pool. Every room have WiFi which is included. The hotel is in a quiet area and if you have motorbike or car you can have parking.

Calm and Quiet”
the room is spacious but not really clean. Have very standard sevices. Got nice garden and small pool area and large rooms. Staffs, may not come as very friendly but Keith, the MD is very friendly gave quite a number of tips about Phuket in general. A bit far from the beach ( alteast 20 mins walk from the hotel) and bars of Patong, which was pretty good as it helped us have some good sleep in this quiet location.

Nice budget hotel with pool”
Overall i think the hotel is great value (i stayed off season, so might have gotten an extra good deal) It included breakfast, a LARGE and clean room with balcony - and the pool is a plus too. Its a bit away from the busy beach area, but actually VERY nice.. and nice living side by side with thais. Walking to the beach takes 20-25 minutes, but wasnt a problem - though the road to the beach, might not be a place u should walk with children since there is no sidewalk and lots of traffic. But take a taxi and it wont be a problem. Overall a nice budget hotel, clean but maybe a bit worn down.

Club Coconut resort”
The staff were friendly, a/c was working, rooms were ok. Bathroom was ok but seems old and could do with re-furbishment. It took us 20m mins to walk to the beach, it was a pleasant walk there. Many food outlets, spas, bars and salons in the vicinity.The clincher for us was the reasonable pricing via Agoda.

Lovely small hotel for reasonable price”
Service was good. Small swimming pool, quiet place - make this hotel different from most of Patong ones. It has nice garden and view. Two small things that disturbed us: 1. permanent bad smell from backyard (thus we keeped backdoor closed); 2. internet breaks while raining :)

Good place to stay”
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is set in a nice quiet area, off the main road. It's set in a lovely tropical garden. The rooms are a good size with air con, fridge, hot shower and tv with many channels. We spent many days lazing by the pool! Overall great value for money.

Decent Rooms, Not the best location”
When we arrived after a 15 hour plane journey, there was no running water or electricity in the hotel. This wasn't the hotel's fault as it affected a big area. The hotel itself was clean and was fine for the couple of days we stayed there. I wouldn't stay there for any period of time. It is also a long walk to Patong beach from there.

Nice Place for a short Time”
Its a nice place to stay for a short time. Its not to far to Patong Center but still quiat. There is a pool for relaxing. The Romms and Furniture are old but clean. Al in one its more a Backpacker style but nice.

Relaxing resort style hotel with friendly owner.”
Had a nice stay here, the owner is very friendly. Shame some of the other staff didnt smile so much though! The pool was nice, the room was okay, but the bathroom was a bit of a let down with a light that took 5 mins to come on properly. Overall it was a nice stay.
