“Pleasant stay”
We had a wonderful time during our stay though. Though there are some things they can work on however it's been a pleasant stay! Pros: - Given that we had a 2 day booking schedule there wasn't any issues with late check ins and since we came in almost 8pm instead of 12pm which is out check in time. - Staff has been always attentive and pleasant. Everyone will great you not for the sake of just saying goodmorning, but they will literally ask how are stay is going so far and will make sure to make themselves available. - I'd rate the breakfast a 4/5. The only thing they might need to include was some fans since the area was pretty hot in the morning and we we're really sweating. - Parking was just right beside the hotel which made it easier to access when getting somethings in the car. - Payapa spa was on the 2nd floor. Even though we had a scheduling problem they we're able to make up for the inconvenience by doing room service and believe me, its has been one of the relaxing massage I've had in awhile. Cons: - Room facilities we're average. Beds we're comfortable however toiletries still needs to be requested in the concierge. - AC was a bit old and a bit out dated. - Rooms weren't sound proof - Gym facility is outdated as well and they only 2 gym equipments in a fairly small room. Even though there's cons on our stay, i'd still recommend this hotel for the price and value of the stay and will still consider booking again in the future.
