Balcony view of Jeep event was perfect. Within walking distance of beach and stores
Extremely tight parking and only allows one vehicle per reservation. Advertised towels etc. but no longer provides. Had to go out shopping for dish soap, hand soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, iron etc. very old furniture/appliances. Bed very uncomfortable. Sheets scratchy. Had to lay on top of sheets to be comfortable. 2 adult grandparents with 19 year old granddaughter. Had to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Patio door very hard to open/close. Floor very sandy upon arrival. Office stays closed. Had to text/call for assistance.

Location and free parking
Apt 202, if you sit on the balcony after dark to watch the boardwalk, you can't see very well because the lights from business below are angled back too much and it blinds you. Asked the business to adjust the lights to shine more straight down, they would not. Also, need slip resistance in the bath tube for standing and taking a shower.

The location was fantastic, you couldn't ask for a better location. There was easy beach access and a lot of stuff to do in close proximity.

Loved the location, room was decent. It was central to everything and overall we had a great stay.”

Parking was a bit confusing and inconvenient. you have to pull into a pedestrian plaza. People just stand and look at you like youre doing something wrong. Also there was a car show the day we got there and we were blocked in. The property manager was great and helped find the car owner so we could get out but people were not happy and a lot of people didnt move for us.

We loved the room on the boardwalk, and will definitely return!”

Location was fantastic! Sat atop Tony Luke’s, overlooking the boardwalk, facing the beach. Plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 adults/3 kids)!
The first bedroom with 2 beds didn’t have a tv, and the bedroom with the king wasn’t as cooled by the AC because the main unit is by the door, and it’s a big space, but they did have a 2nd standalone unit in the back room to help. Also, the parking for one vehicle is tight, but they offered us a 2nd space in the lot adjacent to the property for $35/day, as opposed to the City parking that is $72/day.

Only the location and view from balcony.
READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLACE!!!!!!! We booked this place for 7 days, paid OVER 2100.00. The day before our reservation I received a text informing us we were responsible for everything except dishes/utensils, bed sheets/blanket. Nothing else was provided. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no shower towels. Nothing. Fine. In the text we were asked to call this phone number 15 mins PTA. We did so while we were 20 mins away. We got to the apartments & let them know we were here, we waited over 20 mins for someone to show up to the office to “check us in.” We asked if there was an elevator or just stairs and the guy was belittling and said “It’s only 2 flights of stairs. No elevator.” 1. That’s fine however, someone in our ground just tore a tendon in their knee. 2. It never stated stairs in the description. We walk into our reserved “apartment” and it looked nowhere near as nice as the pictures. The first room you walk into is the 2 full beds. There’s a window AC unit that is functional. Keep walking and you come to the kitchen. Uneventful. On the other side of the kitchen is the room with a king bed. This room has a floor AC unit that doesn’t work. At no point did the air/apartment get cooler than 77-78 degrees. I let the owner know this was an issue and she said her husband would be over to look at it. I asked if we could be present for that since all of our belongings, valuables and money were out. She told me no. I heard nothing else from her in regards to the ac issue. There is nowhere to hang clothes up if it were needed. The bathroom shower would go from ice cold to Luke warm to scalding hot in a matter of seconds. A person in our party got burned from the shower. Literally burned. Our bed sheets were covered in stains. The head boards were falling apart. There is a thermostat on the wall but it’s broken and falling apart. The balcony was nice. You were able to sight see and see the ocean.

It was a 2 bedroom apartment had room for everyone and wasn’t overly crowded as you would find in a hotel room It is a little dated but that adds to the charm and it was clean
The kids missed a tv in the double bed room but wasn’t a big deal

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this apartment to others!”

The room was very clean upon arrival! The patio overlooked the ocean and the boardwalk. The view is beautiful! The staff was very kind to us and really went out of their way to make us comfortable.
The only bad thing I have to say is that free parking is limited. There is one free parking spot, but we had 3 separate couples going in 3 separate vehicles. They do have an overflow parking lot, but we paid $120 for 3 night.

An awesome place”

The location is unbeatable and so adorable. We have stayed here before and loved it.
The toilets are always loud and make noise when you sit on them. The hot water is also a bit spotty but other than that it’s a great place.

We loved being right on the Ocean City beach and on the 3-mile boardwalk!!! We loved our balcony! We never took our car out once we arrived! We swam in the ocean at every opportunity! We saw fireworks, visited the arcades and had an incredible holiday!!
We are grateful for everything we had.

The front room with the balcony didn’t have great a/c, the water was freezing during the day I think due to everyone coming back from the ocean and showering but at night the hot water would come back. Back room didn’t have a tv.
