Friendly,clean,great food and ambient”

Very clean,kosher,friendly stuff. Central location a few blocks from train and many buses right in front. The bed sheets smell like heaven!.

such an amazing stay!!! even with the Covid 19 i had so much fun there its a walk away from the center of Haifa would definitely stay there again :)

missing in the small details”

we enjoyed the location and the interior of the hotel but expected to have the place in a better maintenance level. we had a noisy refrigerator , the showerhead holder was with loose screws looking as if it is on the verge of dislodging. A twin bed that separated apart at night. the manager was kind enough to let us checkout at 14.00 but there seems to be no information exchange between the staff. even after we notified the staff upon arrival of this we got a first call to our room at 12.00 and even after telling again that it was agreed that we could stay longer , somebody came to ask us to leave at 13.00.Still, basically the staff were polite and patient..

Beatiful Hotel in good location, we had a great room not too big but totally sufficient, nice and comfortable, good breakfast, we would alsways go there again.

Exceptional”

Staff was really nice and friendly, and the room was pretty, comfortable and clean. Only problem was our room was just off the lobby, so had people sitting and talking right our side our door. Other than that - would definately recommend this place.

Avoid the rooms on the bottom floor”

I had asked for a quiet room. The floor I was given on the bottom level had a broken headboard that banged against the wall every time I moved on the bed. It also sounded like the hotel pipes ran directly above my room: it was enormously loud whenever someone turned on a faucet or shower or flushed the toilet above me. The bathroom had filled-in holes in the wall. The room felt depressing. I asked to be moved the second day and was moved to a better room, but the staff was not very forthcoming over all. The only staff person I found helpful was the main chef in the dining room who helped me with gluten-free bread.

Schönes Hotel in super Lage”

Schönes Hotel als Ausgansbasis für Entdeckungstouren und mit der Dachterasse auch mal zum Entspannen. Zimmer mit Balkon scheinen nur zur Straße raus zu gehen, wo es abends recht laut zu geht. Das Frühstück war am Sabbat ok, am 2. Tag super und am 3. Tag wurde kaum etwas nachgefüllt und wir mussten erstmal auf frische Teller warten - hier wäre etwas mehr Kontinuität auf hohem Niveau wünschenswert. Ansonsten ein ordentliches und sauberes Hotel in super Lage.

Gostei da localização, numa avenida principal com vários restaurantes, com vista do Templo Bahai, e da simpatia da atendente. Não gostei de que no momento em que cheguamos no hotel não tinha camareira e o café da manhã era muito simples com poucas opções. O estacionamento tem que ter sorte para conseguir uma vaga

מיקום מלון מצוין, חדרים מרווחים, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, עובדים מאד מאד אדיבים. תחזוקת החדרים זקוקה לשיפור, האמבטיה ישנה ומוזנחת וחבל. מעבר לזה הכל היה נהדר.

ערב ליום הולדת בעלי ”

קבלה אורחים נפלאה ומקום נעים ונקי וכייף היה להיות במקום ,וכמובן אחזור לשם בעתיד .
