I am travel with my wife and 1 kid. We chose the hotel with 4 stars. "The Como Le Lai" was one of them. The pictures were very good and 4 stars reviews "Excellent". I do not know how does it get 8.7 from 17 reviews. Please see below for our comments: 1) 4 Stars hotel (apartment), but the hotel only kept motorcycle to 10:30 PM, then we must move our motorcycle to 1 block from hotel and pay for 18,000 VND for overnight. 2) The towels have been torn (very old). I hope we will get better towels the next day, but we still get the old towels. 3) The blanket is very old and has lots of yellow spots. 4) The wallpapers have torn many places. It looks like a long time the owner did not inspect/check the room. 5) Staff cleaning the stairs made the dust fly through the lobby while the guest was sitting near the stairs. Why does it get 4 stars and 8.7 points reviews?

Nice and cozy apartment in the heart of city”
The receptionist and security was friendly and helpful. Location was superb only 5 mins to ben thanh market. Opp the apartment was a park with underground shopping and foodcourt. The food there has many varieties from Asia. Price was reasonable. Only bad about this place is there is no electric kettle inside the room.

Spacious ”
The room is huge, spacious and comfy. Bed is comfy. Only cons is that when you check in, you might be shocked as it seems like a small apartment with very small lift and outer look looks very dubious. Staffs are okay, Housekeeping staff is friendly. But they do not help you to clean up (kitchen dishes clean up yourself in your room as we cooked). Aircon working fine. Cleanliness is okay, not dirty. Location is along the street. Overall might book again as the room is really quite spacious.

Luckily there are 2 air-conditioning in the apartment. As one of the air conditioning compressor sounded like it's going to breakdown soon. It was humming so loud that we had to switch off at night in order to sleep. Overall, the place is comfortable.

Overall is good except the night shift guard. He was very blur like doesn’t know many things while I checked in late. Reception area is too hot cause bad smell when enter the hotel. Receptionist wasn’t friendly.

Cooking Utensils are dirty in the room ”
There is a kitchen area in the room provided. Rather you removed them than leaving the dirty cooking Utensils there, which we couldn't do anything with them. It would be perfect if you would provide more clean drinking water or even dispenser in room

Only good thing abt the place is the balcony/veranda which gives a more spacious sense, and also price. Everything else is under expectation and nothing like the photos. The wall paper looks substandard, the facilities cheap, towels old and torn and not at all white. Everything about the place feel under expectation.
