The pros is centrally located in Sukhumvit. Friendly front desk staff and welcoming. The downside is that the lift is slow considering there is only two lifts! I stayed in executive room. Is spacious but they could do more on the room facilities. E.g. Bath towels bar is lacking. The orientation of the wardrobe and toilet door is just not so good. The cold tap water flow is slow. They charge for room service which is ridiculous! Most 4 star hotels don't charge for sending breakfast to room! This hotel does! The breakfast spread is good but is limited. I expected more from this hotel!

Great location , 5 min walk to/from Asok BTS. Nearby shopping center(Terminal 21), Staff was friendly and helpful. Booked Continent Room and it good and clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good and delicious. Bathtub is big and spacious for couples. Room facing the BTS and city view, worth the stay and value for money !

good location and nice room, nice design but it is a pain to wait for the elevator (it s a very tall building with only 2 elevators. When I used the hotel, one of the elevator was on maintenance so it takes at least 5 minutes to wait for elevator each time I want to go down)
Whilst we are glad you liked the location, thank you for the patience with the elevator. As a part of our scheduled maintenance we took precaution to replace a spare part which has not arrived. The elevator ought to be fully functional by the end of today, Friday 5th April.

Thanks this is my first time I stay here and the staff was very helpful. after I check into the room I facing wifi connection issue on my computer and I was so urgent needs to send mail for my job. I call the hotel they send the IT guy to help me resolve the problem very fast. I will give the service Excellent. Next time I will stay in this hotel again. This trip I am on business staying for 7 night.

nice sky bar. Food is good but a bit at the high side. Room is nice but can still hear the busy traffic when staying at the high floor. The lift is a bit slow, there are only 2 lift accessible. Overall, a nice place to stay.

I am disappointed that my earlier request for the rooms at higher floor did not provide and not explain the reasons when I checked in. The wall light and foyer light were malfunction. After a long trip, I was disappointed with it and I expected that the hotel should’ve checked the lights regularly, rather than fixing them until the customers’ complaint.

Good location. Closed to BTS station. Excellent service provided by Restaurant staff during breakfast time. Only disappointment, booked a smoking room much earlier but not allocated when arrived.

I was there for two night with family even that we are Thai family but they still serve us as great. Room are clean the pool little smaller than we thought but still ok . I will return to stay again on next month hope that we get warm welcome as first trip

Me and my girlfriend stayed 2 nights from 14-16/02/2019 in room 28.04. When we were packing up to check out on 16/02, we found our 4000AUD approx(mixed of USD, AUD and VND), which we kept in a small handbag, and tucked between clothes in our suitcase -not locked, has gone missing. We clearly did not spent the cash as we are bringing it to Osaka- the next destination. We straight away reported the incident to Fairy - a woman who claimed to be the manager there (who turned out to be the manager’s assistant only). She wrote down all our contact details and promised to file a report to have this investigated for us and keep us updated. 3 weeks later, we still did not get any updates from the hotel. I asked my Thai friend to call the hotel and spoke to Fairy. Fairy did not pay any sympathy for our loss but instead said “Why didn’t you report to the police? Are you sure you did not spend that money somewhere else? What happens if all our customers say that they lost their money?” Well, that simply means your hotel is a really bad one. It is so disrespectful the way she spoke to her customer. Also, there was a free pool party on 15/2 at 9pm but we only found the invitation in the room when we got back at 10pm. (We left around 11am and it was not there) Poor customer service. Don’t forget this is a 5 star hotel. Stay away from this hotel! It’s the worst hotel i’ve ever been to.
As General Manager of the hotel allow me to respond to the above allegations on behalf of all team members. However, first and foremost, if we have given the impression of not being empathetic or disrespectful we do sincerely apologize. We have conveyed to the guest both personally and in writing on 4th March that after careful due diligence no conclusive evidence could be found of baggage tampering or money being stolen. Several of our guests have commended our high ethical standards where lost and found items are diligently stored and returned to guests. Based on above case, we must however improve our pro-active communication. We apologize that some language barriers led to our statements being misunderstood and misinterpreted. We have taken corrective action on further improving these skills. We look forward to continuing to prove our reliability and trustworthiness and of course our improvements.

Excellent staff, location and rooms are awesome. The restaurant on the 35th floor is great. Italian food that taste great, Michelin rated, friendly staff and great view. Also the same space for breakfast in the morning. Really enjoyed this place and look forward to going back.

the hotel is right at sukhumvit mrt (use exit 2), and a very short walk to Asok BTS station. location wise it is great! rooms are clean, though you can tell it is starting to get worn out. didn't like the walls though... could hear my neighbours when they came back at 2am. could also hear the police and ambulance siren from the road even at 28th floor in the middle of the night. breakfast is decent. overall is ok.

Staying over for a night because of business meeting. Was pretty amazed by the check in process. There was a staff by the name of Carman who sent me off at the door. She really made by day when she sent me off with a extremely pleasant smile.
