Sky benefits ”
Room is a little small but the sky benefits is worth the money. Certain items in the minibar and also some happy hour at sky bar (food items limited-slow in replenishing). Airport transfer is also one of the benefits. Staff very friendly. Will consider to stay with them again.

Nice boutique option right by BTS”
I fancied a change from the usual chain hotels and was happy with The Continent. The rooms are looking a little tired but mine had everything I needed - comfy bed, plug sockets next to bed, good wifi, good shower. The breakfast was fine. I didn't use the pool but it was nice-looking, on the rooftop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good price. The location is really good, right next to the BTS station. And the other reason I chose this place was because I ate at the Thai restaurant on the top floor and it really is excellent - another great meal there this time. The only negative really is the time spent waiting for one of two lifts in this tall thin building. Would definitely stay here next time though.

Extremely average ‘budget’ hotel”
Pro: location, friendly staff, breakfast had good views and food was okay, that’s about all........... Cons: Old decor, room did not have anything need to ask for bathroom stuff, window ledge was dirty, toilet smells, small rooms, dirty bed sheets Feels like a 3 star hotel

Make up room was not done when back in hotel at 4.15pm. In total, two rooms 2506 and 2507 on 23 Jul 19. Feedback to the female reception staff and grateful that she made a call to the housekeeping. Spent about 45 minutes at the lobby. However, housekeeping did not refill the toiletries when done
We too are disappointed that we could not deliver.We have followed up on where we went wrong and do promise to improve.
I was not feeling well during my stay and am grateful that i was allowed to check out late by 3 pm. Also, the staff recommended kids menu for my kid as the menu does not provide for kids menu. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staffs.

Hotel was great from check-in to settling down in our rooms but we had encountered some Housekeeping and maintenance issues like faulty bed lamps, dislodged service vents, etc. However, hotel staffs were responsive and fixed the issues within 2 hours. Breakfast options are limited but otherwise decent; not a problem if you intend to skip breakfast for some authentic Thai breakfast. Location is excellent. Asok is a train interchange (Asok BTS & Sukhumvit MRT) and the hotel is only 5 minutes away from both. Overall, 4.5/5 for the hotel.

Great location with BTS & MRT, but needs more lifts”
We were here for 5 days from 28 June to 2 July. The location is unbeatable due to its close proximity to both Asok BTS & Sukhumvit MRT, in addition to a huge mall (Terminal 21), the famous Soi Cowboy & plenty of food & massage options all around us! Bed was very comfortable, and amenities were generally adequate. However room lighting was rather dim which made it less conducive for the ladies who put on make up. What disappointed us was the long waits to board either of the 2 lifts. Mornings for breakfast sometimes became unbearable for us due to the long waits for lifts, and then another wait for a table. We noticed this issue eased when June came to an end. Another disappointment was the nearly same breakfast fare we had everyday for 4 consecutive mornings. We decided to skip breakfast on the last one to visit a nearby cafe instead. Would personally stay here again, but not during school holidays.

Good location but poor soundproof”
The location is good and convenient to everything! But the main road in front of the hotel always have traffic jam and so not easy to find taxi. The staff assisted us to grab a taxi is really nice! But the front desk staff is a bit cool.

Loved the hotel and especially the staff! Great English and super helpful in our stay. They were great on always providing the best options for transportation and things to do. On the subway line so easy to access local malls. Room was super! Loved every bit of it. The infinity pool was great as well and the swim up bar. Will definitely return when back in thailand

The pros is centrally located in Sukhumvit. Friendly front desk staff and welcoming. The downside is that the lift is slow considering there is only two lifts! I stayed in executive room. Is spacious but they could do more on the room facilities. E.g. Bath towels bar is lacking. The orientation of the wardrobe and toilet door is just not so good. The cold tap water flow is slow. They charge for room service which is ridiculous! Most 4 star hotels don't charge for sending breakfast to room! This hotel does! The breakfast spread is good but is limited. I expected more from this hotel!

good location but room is dirty”
we booked a connecting room. When we get in the room, the receptionist called us the give them the passports. Actually we gave them and the scanner doesnt work. This is not our fault and it is very late when we checked in. We found the cockroach in the bathroom so the room is dirty . The water pressure is very slow so they need to go to next room for shower which is not good. Fridge is not working. But the location is convenient and near Asok station.

Staying in Continent Room type, big room. But not much selection on TV channel. Location is excellent. Quite disappoint for the swimming pool as I did not expect that small. Breakfast is nice and staff is helpful.

good location and nice room, nice design but it is a pain to wait for the elevator (it s a very tall building with only 2 elevators. When I used the hotel, one of the elevator was on maintenance so it takes at least 5 minutes to wait for elevator each time I want to go down)
