This hotel price is very affordable and the whole area is clean. To mention about weak point, I will say that in this hotel, you have to use shared bathroom with other residents. But it is not a problem for me.

My second time to stay here”
Pros 1. This time I got a lower floor of room which at room 102. Twin beds. Just a big smaller than the king bed room at 3rd floor. 2. The night shift male staff was friendly and the morning shift aunty was friendly too 3. Very close to Suttisan MRT. That's why I chose to stay here 4. Nearby has so many 7-11 shops and also many food stalls nearby the roadside 5. Convenient to take motor go-jek and taxi nearby. Cons 1. Twin room just a bit smaller. Facilities in the room not that sufficient, only have a fridge, air conditioner just fixed at 24 degree celcious, shampoo and soap, disposable toothpaste and toothbrush, towels. No hair dryer and kettle in the room. Over all, it is recommended to stay here

Very basic budget hotel with great location. 5 min walk from the MRT station, with many convenience store and street food stalls near by. There is also a morning market beside the MRT station. Room is clean, but water pressure is weak. Room facing the main room is noisy all day, not recommend for light sleeper. Staff is friendly.

The room is not so dirty but it doesn't look good because of the old room. I just found that their maid forgot to clean the bin at the terrace. However, it doesn't matter for me as the one in the room is already clean. The location is great as it's not far from public transportation; bus and subway. Just need a little walk. The room rate per night is reasonable, comparing to another hotels around the location. It's easy to go and get the taxi there. There are 7-11, lotus express and food vendors around. Staff is quite good. You need to provide key deposit and can get the money back when you return the key.

Pros 1. About 260m close to Sutthisan MRT. 2. Room rate booked online was cheaper than you walk in 3. Daily cleaning was good 4. Comfortable bed and pillows Cons 1. No lift. I got to carry my heavy luggage all the way to 3rd floor 2. Receptionists at counter won't smile and greet at all 3. Toilet was small and the water heater was not hot at all 4. TV channels had limited choices even though it was huge TV Overall it was a good place to stay and I will definitely come back again due to its location.

Comfortable room and convenience access to MRT, dining and travelling. However; they can be better improvement of sound proof wall and quality of air condition as the cooling was not suitable to size of room. Should not charging for early check in before 14:00 pm. as general time to C/O in-out is 12:00 pm.

Clean and decent bed for a night or two, Room is small, shower stall very small, I doubt an average man could use it...no soap dish or shelve for soap,,,so small could not bend over to pick up anything you dropped., wifi was ok, hard to find unless you follow these directions, exit 3 from MRT station, suthisan, turn right to corner, turn right at corner and walk 3 blocks,,,look for sign of hotel on a corner lot, the area is residential, but there is an alley market just behind exit no, 3 which is interesting with local food and misc., merchandise., no majoy stores, only 7-11's....six all within walking distance.

Pay a bit more for a proper hotel .... common toilet stinks and stench the whole common area. NEVER again and luckily I meant to rest for few hours for connection flight.

This hotel is managed remotely from a nearby hotel. No one at reception, if you are lucky someone prompts you to the nearby hotel to check-in. First room I was given was not prepared by maid yet, so I walked back to the nearby hotel and given another room. During the shower water heater tripped the circuit breaker outside room. I walk back again to the other hotel. Staf was not helpful. I had to switch my room again at 10pm. Standard rooms are very small and smells bad. I won't stay here ever again and don't recommend the standard rooms to anyone.

Other than 2 bath towels and 2 bottle of drinking water, there is absolutely no toiletry at all. Not even a shelf to put your own in the small and narrow toilet which will be flooded after your shower. Even when we stayed in the 16sqm double room there is not even a small table or a chair provided. Everything you had to place on top the small bedside table and the fridge. If you eat something in the room, have to sit on the bed. Very uncomfortable and messy. Hot water is taken from the hot pot at the lobby if you want to make a hot drink. Only a small hanging space for your clothes next to the fridge with no hangers at all even when requested. Aircon was not working when we extended our checkout to 5pm for another 200bahts. Not possible to rest except to take shower and perspired after that to go to airport for our night flight home.
