Excellent property close to the centre of town”
We were 2 couples and took 2 of the 3 rooms at the cottage. We were greeted by Ranjith, our butler for 3 days, and he could not have been any more pleasant and helpful. The property has individual bedrooms with a sitting room and en-suite bathroom. There is also a common sitting room and a dining room where you can take meals - and there is a good choice of reasonably priced meals available. Take the buffet, if you can, at the Jetwing St Andrews hotel some 10 minutes walk away.

It’s a cosy nice cottage and very relaxing. Everything was very clean and bed was very comfortable Bathroom have good hot water and clean Staff was very helpful and friendly. Specially Mr. Ayesh was very helpful throughout our stay. We were offered Jetwing St Andrews breakfast and it was very nice Location: 2 minutes walking distance to city center and very convenient Overall it was exceptional

Excellent suites (only 2 of them) within walking distance from the main market. Friendly and helpful caretaker. Good old colonial home. The option of having breakfast at the St. Andrew hotel (The main hotel by Jetwing) was great! Enjoyed the short stay.

We had a lovely stay! Its very quiet (only 3 rooms) and when we stayed we had the whole place to ourselves. There’s a limited menu for dinner and we enjoyed what we got. We thought it might be served in bento boxes but the staff heated everything up (food comes from the nearby Jetwing hotel) and served it really nicely. The breakfast the next day was also excellent! Lovely service throughout.

Amazing Place to stay at Nuwara Eliya”
Wonderful location and extremely courteous, hospitable and friendly caretakers (butler and chef). The property has only 3 rooms/suites, and is ideal for couples or small groups. Rooms are large and well maintained with common lounge and garden area. A refreshing change from a hotel-room stay. Even while staying here one can avail of all facilities including buffet breakfast (complimentary if booked in the package) at the main Jet St Andrews Hotel that's about a km away (7 minute leisurely walk, car drive is 3 minutes due to one-way roads). Highly recommended and worth the 5 star rating.

Neat and cost place”
The summary one line comment is this is a excellent place to stay, if you want a homely experience. I think they have three spacious rooms (living room plus the bedroom) and common areas to handout and chill. From the moment we entered the place they made sure all tiny little details and the chef and overall care taker both were very nice. The dinner was cooked well and to our taste as was the breakfast. It was a short stay just for night as we were driving by, I hoped it was longer. This place is old and charming. Cause it is old, I believe there was a little issue with the plumbing system. The water flow pressure was a little iffy and the taps themselves gets heated up. That is the only reason I went a four star rating rather than a five. On the whole a nice cute place.

Shifted Us to St. James”
Seems like the hotel double booked this venue. They informed us it was closed for maintainance, but was actually booked by another family. The Jetwing staff moved us to another property that we did not like at all before agreeing to move us to the St. James. They property is nice. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The rooms have space heaters but the showers took forever to warm up. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

But, as you know every activity should have a challenge and for the same reason would like to mention. Rooms are clean but not large, swimming pool was missing, bath room was clean but small, bath tub missing, and outside lawn could have been well-arranged, compared to the amount they have charged.
