Very scary times for me”

I was very scared in my room, I was also bullied by the staff on the first day I was here. So I went to my room and cried for about a week straight. It no longer became fun and I started having health issues. There were staff member that entered my room unwarranted at times. I was terrified for my life. I haven't been the same since. I have such stress and anxiety because of it and reached out to diamond resorts and they haven't got back to me. My breathing isn't the same, my thoughts have been troubled and scary and my leg has an ulcer on it and I am very scared to be here. I'm not even just saying this to bash the company, but behind the scenes the customer service team has been picking and choosing what I have been telling them and they don't listen or care about the guest and their concerns.

Beautiful Hotel”

I was just staying for one night with my daughter while visiting family close by and I will definitely be back to stay here! The hotel lobby was beautiful, all the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was amazing and each has an ocean view! There are two beach access points and the kids loved the lazy river and indoor pool. I like how they have a grilling area as well. It’s also not far off of 95 so convenient for travel. I didn’t need to have use the kitchen in my room this trip but I noticed the Publix on my way in that you can quickly grab groceries from to use during your stay. We will be back to enjoy for a longer period of time next time!
