This is not a villa. It is a standard hotel room in Bel Air Resort.”

We were missold this property as a "villa". Room type specified "bungalow" and the map says it is on south of the island. In fact, you will be given a standard upstairs hotel room in Bel Air Resort, on the east side of the island. The owner then refused to give us a full refund even though property was falsely advertised. "Full English" breakfast was 1 sausage, 12 baked beans, half a tomato and eggs. We had to send it back twice until they gave us the food that was advertised on menu. Really disappointing experience. Would have been OK if we'd known we were going to Bel Air but this was not the "cozy villa" we envisaged!
