Excellent Boutique Hotel in Little India with 7 complimentary features”
All in all, I recommend highly Daulat Hotel! My first stay at Daulat Hotel resulted by Agodas 'Secret Deal'. The hotel is close located to subway station 'Rochor' and 'Little India' . It makes your stay and discovering journey much easier and more convenient. I had a Deluxe room which was clean and well furnished with all promised equipment’s. Furthermore, as guest you enjoyed several ‘Guest´s Privileges’ as mentioned: complimentary WIFI, American Breakfast, Bottle Water, Soft Drinks, Swimming pool with underwater sound system, free bicycle rental and 24hours reception service. All features make you ‘feel home’ and welcomed. Especially, the free soft drinks and free water bottles are very convenient during a hot day. Moreover, the breakfast (Asian and Western Special Menu or toast, cereal and fruits) is quite OK but could be improved and coordinated better. The hotel crew was really service-oriented. Next time, I would take Daulat Hotel as excellent choice for pleasant days in SG.

The Dualat Boutique Hotel”
The Daulat Hotel had all the essentials for our 2 night stay in Singapore. Our room was very cosy and clean . Complimentary soft drinks and Ice tea was at the Lobby bar and the buffet breakfast (cereal, fresh fruit, coffee/tea, juice, toast, ayan [coconut jam] and a choice of a main meal)at The Madras was delicious. The hotel situated in Little India was the perfect location for walking the streets of Singapore and having a feel of the locals and shopping centres are within 5 minute walk. We took a grab to get to Gardens on the Bay (13 Singapore Dollars at peak time), Haji Lane was about 15 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend going to Mustafa Centre (15minute walk) for your first shopping, they have about everything in the store and their branded perfumes (not fake) are the cheapest you will ever come across.

Boutique is best and this is it!”
The Daulat is a beautifully restored modern boutique hotel in a gorgeous colonial building right in the centre of Little India. Yes, there was some street noise but this was part of its charm listening to guitar playing and singing at night. Once the balcony doors were closed and the very effective airconditioning on, any outside noise was abated. I slept well every night! The rooms are small but they are more than adequately appointed and cleverly designed so they have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and will assist you to navigate your way around Singapore - they are clearly the best asset of the hotel. I would certainly recommend The Daulat to anyone looking for quiet sanctuary with good internet access, with an outside balcony and among all the charms of the Little India district.

Very nice Boutique Hotel”
I wasn't too sure about staying in the Little India area, but the Daulat Hotel is situated on a quiet street and what a delightful boutique hotel. Loved it there! So close to MRT station, buses and heaps of good places to eat and have a beer! I would stay here again in a minute! Thanks guys, it was lovely to rest my head here after a day of exploring Singapore!

Innovative Boutique Hotel”
This is a very well-priced boutique hotel in a culturally engaging district of Singapore, Little India. Staying here immersed us directly into the local area, and we shopped and ate where the locals do. The hotel was impeccably clean, modern with individual oriental touches to each room. I stayed in the balcony room, which was adequately spacious for two. Just be aware, the club is 2 doors down and it is loud until the wee hours of the morning - which is why earplugs are kindly supplied. Other nice touches included coffee machine and kettle for tea, bottles of water and complimentary soft drinks any time from the servery downstairs. Breakfast is included, and is generous with very helpful staff who will cook your eggs to order. Staff at reception were exceptional in their assistance and it was never a bother for them. The MRT is a 5 mins walk, very easy to get around, so another big plus. A very enjoyable 3 night stay.

Loft rooms - strange design, great views & balcony”
My husband and I stayed at The Daulat for 2 days during an extended stopover. Loved the hotel, especially its clean, modern interior - and free breakfast is a plus. Having a loft room with a view on the 3rd floor was really impressive. However, it wasn't without some design quirks, such as never being able to find the light switch you wanted and having a master power switch next to the bed, which you'd always forget to turn back on in the morning. Apart from that, it was a wonderful stay. Little India is a fabulous neighborhood - especially now there are so many murals!

Excellent”
It is a small 3 floored hotel but I have never feel more welcomed than I was at The Daulat. I've been to many staycations/holidays, in and out of Singapore, from 3 stars hotels to expensive well known 5 stars hotels, but nothing is comparable to the customer service that the staffs there have to offer. From the front desk staffs, to the housekeeper, they were all so helpful and most importantly, so cheerful and friendly. I have never been so pleased with my stay before and I would like to give a shout out to Lini, the front desk lady who assisted with my check-in and check-out. Thank you for the great customer service, I immediately feel like home the moment you greeted me when I entered. And also for those on shift during my particular stay, it was really a pleasant one. Cute pretty rooms, with amazing oriented staffs, what else is there to ask for? Did I forget to mention they provide complimentary free flow of canned soft drinks and ice bucket? YASSSSS gurllll!

Convient location in Little India”
The Daulat is a small hotel located in Little India. It is very close to train stations and to excellent, cheap eating places in Little India region of Singapore. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

The Simple Minimalist!”
The Daulat offers a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life of Singapore and plunges you into the heart of Little India. The interior of the hotel has rather high aesthetic values, my favorite being the swimming pool. I did not have a chance to try out the cafe's food options but must commend them on their coffee brew though! Staff were very helpful, and the room, although small gives you a very cosy feel so you don't really feel like you're away from the comforts of your own room. All in all, a memorable and nice stay!

Good hotel in Little India area”
My wife and I spent 4 days in Singapur, in The Daulat hotel. Good hotel, really friendly staff, with complete breakfast (fruit, cereals, toast, eggs, coffee). Everything clean at all times. The location is nice, really close to a metro station, but a little busy at night -the Little India area gets a little too crowdy. There are a few night pubs just next to the hotel-. Our room wasn't the closest to the pubs and we still could hear the music... Anyways, the staff said that those pubs were supposed to go out of business in the next months, so that shouldn't be an issue for guests in the future. Our room was the basic one, really small but nicely equipped. The only issue could be lack of ventilation in the bathroom (an extractor!) so the humidity really could be effectively dissipated. The price is fair, if you keep in mind that Singapore is an expensive city. Oh, they have some bikes they give you for free! Every guest should give it a go, a smooth ride in the city.

Unique, accessible & stylish small hotel with personal touch ”
Booked Deluxe Balcony Room for 3 nights in March 2018 for my parents (aged in their 70s) who were holidaying in Singapore, a city they know well. They enjoyed their stay with this summary of their experience at The Daulat: it was pleasant enough with good service and easy walking access to a couple of MRT stations and to the National Library. Light breakfast was provided with fruit, cereal, tea and coffee, in the small lobby or alfresco. We did not try the pool or have occasion to use the limited balcony. The room was cosy and comfortable. The Johore Malay front desk manager was very friendly and helpful with directions and local eating recommendations.

Nice hotel, good value for money”
The Daulat was great. We stayed four days there, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was with nice design and very neat. During the stay we could borrow DVDs and bicycles for free (we used it twice to cycle around the city, much better way to get around than bus or MRT), and we also enjoyed free (simple) breakfast and soft drink throughout the day. All these little things made our stay very plesant and we'd definitely stay there again if we visit Singapore.

Worth for value!”
I'm satisfied with my stay in Daulat Hotel, I bought the hotel stay for promotional price. The hotel itself in nice design, clean, with comfortable bed, variety of facilities for me to use, example: the coffee maker machine, the iphone docking system, TV, Video, especially have free flow complementary drink, coke, spirit and so on. The friendliness of the hotel staff is one of the best reason i will be the return customers :)

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxed.”
This new small hotel (only 16 rooms) has been thoughtfully designed. The rooms are not large but a lot of care has been put in to their designs to maximise space, functionality and comfort. The hotel is in a very pleasant and quiet heritage location on the edge of Little India close to two Metro stations. There are plenty of eating options in easy walking distance. The original building facade and overall shape has been retained and it is charming. Unusual for such a small hotel it has a good sized swimming pool - very cleverly designed. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. Oh yes, you get lots of nice extras like ipod stations and espresso coffee makers in your room and free drinks from the fridge in the communal dining/sitting area next to reception. All in all very good value.

Great place for short stays”
Super convenient. The location of this hotel is a 5 minute walk from Little India MRT and about a 15 minute walk to Parco Bugis Junction. Especially great if you plan to walk to the 24-hour Mustafa Center (about 10-15 minutes away). The room itself is a little bit small but very charming on it's own way as you can see from the other travellers' photos. The staffs were really friendly too. My husband and I especially loved the quality toiletries and Nespresso machine. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Will definitely visit again.

Wonderful Hotel”
Staff was very goods, Excellent services, Little bit inside from main road, better to save location on map. It's at middle of Rocher & Little India Station, Mustaffa market at just 5-8 min walking distance. If you are pure veg. then pure veg. restaurants are at 5 min walking distance too. Staff provide lots of guidance and tips if you wanna explore Singapore, I and my wife were at our tour, no agents or guide. But felt like home here. We wish we would come at Singapore again and would like to stay here too. Whenever I recall memories of Singapore, I recall the memories with staff too.

An interesting boutique hotel in Little India”
The Daulat is an interesting boutique hotel in the heart of Little India. I was upgraded to a better room, as the room class I had booked was sold out. The room did not have conventional windows, but rather skylights that were part of the floor of the roof deck. Some might find this claustrophobic, but I liked the quite cosiness. The hotel's about a 10 minute walk from the Little India subway station and the Little India street life is fascinating.

Small hotel with cosy rooms and attentive staff.”
We stayed 3d2n at The Daulat over the recent public holiday weekend. Upon check-in, the staff brought us to the room and went through some items in the room - Nespresso machine, iPod dock, etc. The toilet floor was slightly dirty but upon request, it was cleaned up very quickly. The room was well designed with sufficient space for two persons. The area around the pool can be improved if there were more privacy for the guests. The breakfast included in the room rate was very simple. It was a semi-buffet with unlimited toast, pastries, cereal and beverages. Eggs were made to order and served with a side salad and sauteed mix of mushrooms and potatoes. However, as we were there during a public holiday weekend, the surroundings were not too ideal. It was very rowdy throughout the day. Additionally, the loud music played from the bars/nightclubs next to the hotel can be heard from inside the room and went on till about 3/4a.m. It is noteworthy that the check-in staff mentioned that ear plugs were available in the event we felt it was too noisy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at The Daulat. The staff are very attentive to the needs of the guests. We will be back to experience the loft rooms/suite!

A fabulous hotel in expensive Singapore”
This hotel seems fairly new. Rooms are small but if you are out sightseeing all day this doesn't matter. Staff were very helpful giving us advice on local restaurants (little India has some great restaurants), which areas of Singapore to visit and even looked up postal rates for us to send things bak to uk. Fridge in main lobby where you can help yourself to water and free soft drinks. Amazingly soft comfortable bed. Lovely continental style breakfast. Only 10 mins walk to little India MRT station which gets you everywhere in the city. The only downside was that our room was underneath the swimming pool. The skylights looking in to the pool were very cool, but the light shone through all night. Also there is a nightclub next door which was pretty loud. But we managed to sleep though the noise so it was fine. Definitely great value for money in an expensive city.
