          Amazing staying ”

          We stayed here for two days and enjoyed it so much. The room was really nice, quiet and clean with a balcony to see the lake. The staff was very helpful and provided so much information. She even gave us free boat tickets back to the bus terminal. Breakfasts were fresh made and yummy. The first day we had was western style with sandwiches and corn soup. The second day we had was traditional Taiwanese porridge with different side dishes. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

          Excellent in every aspect!”

          What an awesome stay here. We stayed here for a night during our times in Sun Moon Lake. Room - very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were also very comfy. Toilet looked a bit dated but it was very clean. Breakfast - what an awesome authentic Taiwanese breakfast. They made us porridge, a couple of vege dishes and other condiments. They even catered to my partner who is a vegetarian. Location - not exactly next to the pier, but I prefer staying here in Ita Thao than Shuishe as I feel it's more calming and quiet. Also walking distance to the rows of shops selling food and other aboriginal products. Staff - everyone was friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Highly recommended.

          Staffs are very friendly and helped us to move the luggages from/to first floor to/from lobby. Breakfast is simple and nice. However, shops nearby closed at 8pm, hence nothing to do at night.

          Cons: 1. Location is not very near to the Itashao Pier. 2. Variety of breakfast was limited and was not replenished when somemore guests arrived before end of breakfast time. Pros: 1. Location is near to the cable car ropeway. 2. Room is spacious and clean. Even the bathroom is big! Would recommend friends to stay for 1 to 2 nights if they are not particular about the breakfast.

          Very helpful host”

          I asked about the surrounding nice spot and the host give me suggestions. There is different tourist information put on the ground floor which is easily accessed. Different room could have a glance of the sun moon lake on the balcony. But the location is not in the centre but still easy to reach.

          Chambre de bain à besoin d'être rénové , moisissures avec le temps sinon relativement bien. Emplacement moyen car marcher avec un enfant de 4 ans dans des rues pas de trottoir pas génial par chez nous! Déjeuner correct.

          房間維持很新，舒適度不錯~”

          進房感覺整體維持得很不錯，尤其衣架和浴室掛勾非常足夠，很難得~但是希望淋浴地方能增加置物盤，方便放個人衛浴用品；還有早上餐點種類有點單薄，覺得可以再豐富些更好，無電梯是比較麻煩，但因為附陽台還有茶包是日月紅茶，還是不錯的，很喜歡這間設計風格~蠻有特色的民宿!希望未來有機會住到6人房，應該更棒!
