What i love about this hotel is the room is spacious. The best bed, with soft pillows and blankets. They have complete utensils as well if you bought some take outs from restaurants you have some nice plates to use. Not to mention, the location is great! Would love to comeback!

Perfect location, large rooms”
Rooms are very clean. Very good for travellers with kids. Breakfast was amazing. Restaurant staffs are very friendly. Reception staff need more customer service training. Not friendly. Always busy with other works when customer is in front of them. No Spa on site. We will recommend this Hotel and we will be back soon. 😀

Very spacious room”
I wish we had stayed there longer than the two or three nights that we were there, because the room was more spacious than we'd had in months. It was great to enjoy the space, and the location was pretty good as well. We had some street food just a few hundred metres from the hotel, and it was within walking distance from the BTS. I'd stay there again when I'm in Bangkok again.

Tried different hotels in Bangkok city center on numerous visits. Always come back to the Duchess. Spacious, clean rooms, great location a short stroll away from the BTS, restaurant and supermarket directly out the door. Friendly, professional and longterm staff.

Nice hotel : staff are friendly and helpful. Clean . Comfortable bed. Just a bit problem about shower at my room , no hot shower. But I didn't complain anything because i stay only 1 night. But I will stay this hotel again for sure.

Stayed here twice in 2 months. Best value for money of all the hotels I've stayed in Lang Suan street. The newly renovated rooms are great. Excellent value for money. The other rooms are a bit outdated, but still very comfy, clean and adequate.
