    Above average”

    The hotel is well located, it's a "do it yourself " hotel though. If you like the concept,go for it l, if not, one needs to know that there is no human being in the hotel during the whole process (no one for the check in,no one to give advices, no room for a breakfast (you can order one that will arrive in a bag in front of your door,...Rooms are nice. Carpet was a bit dirty. All in all, I felt a lack of human warmth.

    Nice looking hotel with a good location”

    The hotel has a nice modern/retro interior design. The location is just outside the busy city centre but in an area with cosy cafes and restaurants. It's a good stay and you get value for the money you pay. They have a funny way to serve breakfast as well. Overall it's a nice place and we would come back for our next visit to Maastricht.

    Funky and cool”

    This hotel is so much fun, and so centrally located! It's easy to get around and see everything in Maastricht, plus the vibe is awesome when you're back home at the hotel. Very hip, very young, without being a hostel!

    The temperature of the water is not very stable (changing from hot and cold water intermittently) but the pantry with free fruit and games make up for this problem!

    Établissement pas au niveau des 4 étoiles ”

    L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'un réel accueil, th check in se fait sur une machine. La chambre est propre mais pas de cuillère pour le thé, les produits de lavage en quantité limitée. Globalement hôtel pas au niveau de son tarif et de ces étoiles

    Très bonne adresse”

    Très bien. Ambiance agréable et reposante. Déco "tendance" originale et dépaysante. Un seul regret : le personnel ne parle que l'Anglais. Défaut très relatif et de plus en plus courant lorsque l'on voyage. Aux Français de s'adapter et d'apprendre (enfin) à s'exprimer correctement dans cette langue désormais incontournable ! Etablissement ++

    Eine Nacht in "The Dutch "”

    Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen am Maastrichter Hbf und dadurch sehr leicht zu finden aber leider auch etwas lauter. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll, es gibt die Möglichkeit sich bei einer Tasse Tee oder Kaffee in der gemütlichen, tropisch eingerichteten Lobby zu entspannen ( die Deko erinnert an Miami der 80er..) die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und gut aufgeteilt ( separates WC). Check in und out liefen über ein Terminal ohne Personal . Dieses Hotel ist für einen Besuch in Maastricht auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!!

    Abstrakt”

    Da alles (check in/checkout/breakfast etc) digital und ohne Menschen abläuft, ist der Aufenthalt im Hotel zwar sehr ok, aber eben auch abstrakt und ohne menschlichen Kommunikation. Frühstück gibt es per Tüte aufs Zimmer...

    Verrassend 🤗”

    The Dutch Maastricht heeft ons positief verrast! Niet wetende wat voor beleid dit hotel heeft ,onwetend geboekt en heel prettig ervaren met hun policy op vetrouwen gebasserd voelde zo vrij en zo leuk om zelf een cocktail te maken . Onze kamer was top veel ruimte de wc lekker apart en via schuifdeuren maar een tuin voor de rokers een extra privilege. Een extra ruimte waar je kan chillen en koffie of thee kan drinken buiten je hotelkamer.Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar kamer nr 6 is hoor ons 🤗

    Leuk hotel, goede ligging maar wel te duur”

    Verbleven van zaterdag op zondag wat de prijs bijna verdubbelde tov zondag op maandag. Snap de marktwerking maar hotel was hierdoor wel te duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Online check-in en out ging heel voorspoedig. Kamer netjes. Bloedheet toen we binnenkwamen want kamer op het zuiden, gordijnen open en airco niet aan. Airco kreeg het niet meer helemaal koel. Bedden zijn prima. Sanitair netjes, echter een douchebad: douchen in bad is een verschrikking en het bad te laag/klein om goed in te liggen. Dus sloop het bad en plaats een gewone douche. Locatie is prima!

    Verschrikkelijk bed”

    De locatie is top, het hotel ziet er netjes uit en wordt goed bijgehouden qua hygiëne, maar wat een ontzettend slechte bedden. Ik slaap op alles wel, maar hier kreeg zelfs ik een pijnlijke rug van. Het waren 2 aparte bedden die tegen elkaar aan waren geschoven met 2 aparte dekbedden. Kwaliteit: goedkope stretcher die al 39 jaar in een familie rondgaat. Ook de kussens waren niet fijn.
