เสียงที่ก้องจากภายนอกและเสียงที่ก้องจากภายในออกไป ระบบทางเข้า-ลิฟต์-ประตูห้องจะเป็นแบบเก่ายังไม่สามารถใช้งานคีการ์ดได้ ประตูตึกยังไม่มีการติดตั้งคีการ์ด(Zone E ราชพฤกษ์6) ฝุ่น จากแอร์มีบ้าง จากตัวดูดอากาศห้องน้ำมีพอสมควร และจากตัวตึก(อาจเพราะไม่ค่อยมีคนอาศัยอยู่)
