Centrally located in Lakes Entrance, opposite a floating restaurant and a jetty, The Esplanade Motel offers free on-site parking. All ground floor rooms at The Esplanade offer air-conditioning, small refrigerators, electric blankets, en suite bathrooms, toasters, tea/coffee making facilities, TVs, hairdryers and linen. The Esplanade Motel is a 2-minute walk from Griffiths Sea Shell Museum & Marine Display and a 6-minute drive from Lakes Entrances Golf Club. It is a 9-minute drive from Lake Bunga and a 45-minute drive from Buchan Caves.

Value for money in a convenient location”
This venue represents value for money and is located in a convenient location, a short stroll into the centre of town where there are many cafes, restaurants and shops. The motel is across the road from the marina which stretches the length of Lakes Entrance and is a great walk.

Spotless well renovated old timer.”
Although the Motel was probably built about 40 years ago, the rooms have been totally renovated and kept in spotless condition. Although the room was slightly on the small side, it had everything you need, including a microwave. For those who want to cook there is a communal kitchen. There is also a pool for hot days. Bed was comfortable, the shower space large enough and the water hot and plentiful. Check in and check out a breeze and there was no need to contact them in between as everything was there. Will be back.

An enjoyable stay”
The motel is well priced considering it's prime location. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The airconditioners are quite loud, but it did not affect our experience much as we cooled the room and turned it off before sleeping. When driving to your room, it can be a tight squeeze through some areas, especially when they are booked out. Overall, this is a very good place and would definitely come back.

Amongst the shopping centre and plenty of options for eating out and take away, woolies walking distance. Hotel 5 min walk. Rooms comfortable and clean. Pool is great also with outdoor kitchens available to cook a feast

Very comfortable room. Reasonably big, good furniture. Best bed and softest sheets I’ve had for a while. Slowest wifi. Attached restaurant is excellent.

Great location”
Our apartment was at the back which was quiet, we had 2 separate rooms which were great, kids had single beds with there own bathroom as we did too. The only down side to our room was beds were hard and kids bathroom shower was dripping the whole time. But locations and restaurants at the front were a great bonus. Kids enjoyed the pool area also

A well situated, good value motel”
Spent a night here last week. A well priced Motel very suitable for a good nights accommodation. Very close to the centre of Lakes and over the road from the prawn trawlers. Only a short walk to restaurants and the foot bridge over the lake to the ninty mile beach

Basic but good location”
Really basic quite small room but great location right on the main street and across the road from the water. We stayed in holiday season so it is all we could get. Really small one room with a renovated bathroom (great shower!). Didn't check out the pool and there is a kitchen to use. The food next door is really good and there are a lot of small shops to look through. Really basic accommodation but worth the money which I presume would be cheaper in off-season.
