Definitely Worth It!”
Before we jump into the review here’s a few things you need to know to avoid any inconvenience; P/s: You need to pay RM300 for damage deposit (refundable within 1-3 work days) also you need to pay RM50 for apartment access card that is also will be given back to you on your check out. Me and my sister are specifically looking for a place that is near from the train station because we’ll only be using LRT & MRT and the best thing about this apartment is that it has a bridge link to the train station! Isn’t it the most convenient way ever?! And not forget to mention that it’s super close to KL Sentral! At first I was quite paranoid about the self check-in because I’m quite a feckless person to start off and that’s the reason why I always avoid staying in an apartment and always go for a hotel but the team really made it easier for me. They provided such a complete and easy instruction on how you can get through and make your way around the apartment. The team answered all of my inquiries and they’re really nice! The apartment is the best ever and perfect for me and my sister! But it’s not recommended to those who have kids or want to avoid stairs. It can get pretty irksome I’d say but if it didn’t bother you then it is perfect for you too! On the other hand, the facilities are all excellent! But one thing I noticed was the carpet was a bit dirty but other than that I think we’re all good! Overall, it is such a nice stay! Worth to give it a try! Affordable but an exclusive experience!

Worth my money and will repeat”
Parking:valet rm30/entry, inside rm5/hr or rm15/day. If per day need to pay at reception upon check out. If per hr, pay at the machine. Deposit:rm300 for the house. U will get house key and black access card to lift and inside parking. They will put inside the mailbox and whatsapp the password to you. Rm50 for the red access card which only for main entrance. U will pay at the reception. House is very clean. Lots of amenities. But no toothbrush ya. Got shampoo, body cleanser,iron,hair dryer, cooking utensils, kettle, netflix, wifi. The ideal place for those who really love privacy. U dont even need to see the incharge person. Self check in. And no one can go in the residential block without both access card. Link bridge to bangsar lrt is available. At the center of KL, easy to move and eat.

2nd time with Plush”
This time I booked a bigger room. Got 1 master bedroom (with bathroom), 1 single room, 1 loft room and 1 bathroom at the living room. Dining table is also available. You will need to transfer the deposit RM300 upon check in. Check in time a bit late 3pm and check out time so early before 11am.

The place was vry good. Good support from the staff from check in and check out. Suitable for 2 person. The extra bed were thin mattress on the floor at the hall. The air conditioning wasn't good enough for the day. Thank god there was a stand fan. Overall good!

Cozy loft accommodation”
This is our second stay. We love it here but belatedly realised that it is not suitable for families with very young children. The loft is exposed and we had to guard our children all the time. Also bring your own plastic cups/bowls if you are travelling with children. Pool is closed because of COVID-19.

Be cautious about the hidden charges of cleaning, taxes and deposit”
The bnb condition is okay. But there’s a very IMPORTANT thing that should be careful off. There isn’t any T&C status about the deposit, once booked and before check in the owner said there’s a deposit of RM300 plus reception deposit RM50. After staying the cleaning fees and taxes is charged. This really make people feel uncomfortable. The price that show in Agoda is not the final price, they use any other way to charge the customer, this is real tricky.

The stay is ok, but the staff follow up process is really bad”
The location is great and the stay is ok. But I just feel the trip to stay in a service apartment are not recommend for people who wanna enjoy trip with less trouble. I feel the staff didn’t have the system to follow up my request and I didn’t get my refund of 300 damage fee as promised. I request the early check in via direct email and when they ask for 300 damage fee to be paid for self check in. And another cleaning fees is added which are not included in my booking. And asked for fully payment when check in with the help of one of their staff in the lobby. They manage to get me early check in with stuff, when I double check for the refund of my damage fee, the stuff and the management had agree that when my stay is complete, I could get it back. I don’t recommend the stay, I don’t think they take note on any special request and didn’t follow up even you remind or double check with them.
