Surprisingly! ”
Surprisingly good! I didn’t expect too much because looking from the outside, the building looks a bit run down. Lobby is a bit warm, and the scent could be improved - maybe use something citrusy like grapefruit scent rather than lemon grass that I mistakenly thought of tinola bordering spoilage. Also, thanks to Faith who is so pleasant and welcoming. The room was just right size, bed was comfortably soft, air-condition was cold, and wifi is fast! Thanks to kuya engineer who helped us connect. Bathroom design should be improved ergonomically and to optimize space functionally as well. In room service was exceptional. They attend to our needs swiftly like when we asked for iron and board, to map the wash room and when we ask for water. We liked the idea of having glass water bottle but was disappointed when it was not refillable. Shout out to the hotel manager who has allowed us to use the pool even after we checked out. He was so nice he made our stay even more extra pleasant!

Bang for your buck”
Great stay. Easy to find location. Accessible to many malls (Ayala Malls the 30th, The Podium, Megamall, etc.) Staff were really friendly and accommodating. We can also observe that this is a family friendly hotel. The room was nice and is already cold from the AC. It smelled amazing because of the relaxing smell inside the room, similar to a spa. Only downside are the elevators which took us a bit of time to get to our floor. The bathroom was okay, the shower was a little tight for my liking and having a bidet would be a plus next time. The breakfast buffet lacked the options but made up for the taste. Selections include a salad bar, cereals, some fruits, adobo, chicken wings, pancakes, scrambled eggs and plain/fried rice. It is located outside the hotel premises, but it is very near the main entrance of the hotel.

Great price for a staycation”
I made a reservation as a family staycation. Overall it was a comfortable stay, my family loves the pool and their rooms. The only downside is the breakfast, few choices and somewhat a bit gloomy in the restaurant.

Reasonable Hotel”
My niece and I needed a hotel where she could stay in for a week for a school activity. The traffic is bad in Ortigas area during rush hour so we decided to stay here so we wouldn't be hassled for the whole week .. and it was worth it. What I love about this hotel is it's near food places. The hotel price is reasonable. It's a budget hotel but it's a step up 'cuz it's clean, staff is nice, and the facilities are okay. But what I liked most is the free parking during our whole stay. I recommend this hotel for its convenience and cleanliness.

I've stayed in this hotel multiple times and it always doesn't disappoint. It's located in the quieter area of the business district. Walking distance to different malls. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly too.

Bring own bed for infant”
We changed our room from queen to 2 single beds. So my husband can sleep solo on one bed then me and my my 4month old sleep on the other. Their beds are WAAAAAYYY TOOOOOOO soft which is not suitable for an infant. not even in between. You may need to bring your own cot for your baby. I love their refillable drinking water service. all in all, we had a good stay. Staff are all polite and hospitable mostly the houskeeping. We might be back when the baby can already try the hotel’s amenities.

Good staycation option for kids, if you want a pool”
Agoda messed up our booking: they confirmed our reservation via a third party but when we got there, the third party hadn't actually received a booking confirmation from the hotel so we had to wait for the third party to confirm our booking. This resulted in us - with an impatient and hungry 2.5 yo - having to literally wait at the lobby for FOUR hours. While front desk assured us they would honor our booking regardless, for some reason they could not check us in and give us a room as they sorted out the situation. All that aside, the hotel's location was great (Ministop, bubble tea shop, and cafe downstairs) and the room was surprisingly very spacious. Obviously the biggest draw was the pool. There were three pools (two jacuzzi type); all could definitely have been cleaner. So despite the horrible experience checking in (more the fault of Agoda than the hotel), my family and I will be back. In fact, I've made another booking to stay here during Easter. Highly recommended.
