Lovely Hotel”
The staff was exceptional. The room was spacious and well equipped. The little details were what makes this place special - the large toiletrees, the welcome treats, the turn down service. The bed was divine. Loved my stay.

Excellent Rome hotel ”
Got to Agoda through TripAdvisor. Seemed like an unusual name but was rated really well so we gave it a shot. Down a rather unlikely alley but nice front entrance. They sit you down in a small office to check in and bring you a glass of proseco. Nice. Lots of interesting and quirky art. We had a standard premium room which was nice albeit rather small. Fabulous looking shower. Terrific roof deck. Standard vodka tonic was $25! Wouldn't hesitate to return. Just wouldn't drink in the bar. No one in dining room on a Thur. night when they said hotel was booked.

Very pricey”
Thought I'd splurge and pay the price to get a suite with a jacuzzi for our last 2 nights on honeymoon in Rome. Great location, comfortable bed and the jacuzzi was great. Unfortunately construction was being conducted from 0630 each morning. It sounded like someone was banging on our wall so we queried the hotel on the second morning, they were apologetic but said it was across the road. To our annoyance we found a large room with construction in progress sign on the ground floor of hotel. I wouldn't have really cared if the front desk and hotel manager had just been honest but this ruined our stay. Plenty of other hotels just as good for half the price out there with honest service.

Friendly staff, 5 star services and amazing roof terrace”
Huge thanks to all the staff for their unfailing helpfulness and friendliness - from the prosecco welcome to support finding/ booking restaurants and tickets to immaculate service for breakfast and cocktails at the gorgeous rooftop restaurant. This was a special 40th treat for my husband and you completely delivered.

Would absolutely stay here again.”
The location was perfect, very near the Spanish Steps. The staff could not have been any more helpful and accommodating. My only criticism is that there was not a coffee maker in our room.

Amazing location but cleanliness was an issue ”
This is a very cute boutique hotel in an amazing location. Staff were very knowledgeable & quite friendly. As value for money was concerned, our junior suite was very small in comparison to others we stayed in, with 2 single beds placed together to make up a king bed, which is not very comfortable for a couple. Hotel food was very overpriced, but breakfast had some reasonable options if you were prepared to pay €30 each. The only complaint would be the state of the shower...which looked like it has not been scrubbed in a very long time. Overall, a great option for location but definitely too expensive when it comes to value for money.

Way too expensive for what you get”
Was a bit upset upon arrival as we spent an extra 200 euros for a jacuzzi suite with a rooftop view. Of course we were put in a first floor room. They eventually switched (staff was excellent) but certainly not worth the money. I’ve stayed in a lot of “5 star” hotels. This isn’t close. Staff was excellent. Rooms meh. Cost whoa.

Great location but pricey”
Despite booking this through Agoda it was one of our most expensive hotels we stayed in during our trip to Italy. The room was very small although the hotel location was perfect.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION”
Perfect location and beautiful interior design and ambiance. Just be sure you minimum luggage. Room storage limited. Housekeeping not consistent in providing daily amenities. Perfect concierge and reception service. Restaurant food and service excellent although pricey.
