During these travel times, it was nice to have everything on site you needed. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and always attentive. Very clean, food options plenty & delicious, and not a far ride from the airport. We will definitely be returning here.

I went expecting all-inclusive, but was told that all-inclusive was not selected. I am very disappointed. I had to pay additional costs locally. The hotel itself was wonderful and I enjoyed it.I think you need to review the menu.

I dont recommend here seriously... the food service are not great compared to that you pay :( the Thai food and sushi was sooo bad and breakfast quality also not as good as 5 stars hotel. The staffs seem like so commercial vibes There's shuttle bus when you go around the hotel, it takes ages to wait. It doesn't operate every 15 mins. Even all inclusive, you have to pay for coffee and ice cream at the shop The Only thing i like is little shows at night. The show was nice. That's it

We loved our stay. Great big room. Staff very friendly. Only downside was having to wait for food. With a 2 year old we would have loved at least one of the restaurants to be open all the time. We were constantly looking as to when each restaurant open/closed due to our daughter being hungry.

Food is plenty with great flavours. . Our favourite was Mastogo which served authentic Mx food. We truly appreciated and were wowed by service at the resort.Due to personal reasons we had to cut our visit short by a day. The staff accommodated our special request and agreed to refund. The on-site medical and pharmacy help was prompt and excellent. We felt very safe and cared for. I also recommend Anto from holiday taxis who accommodated our request for really last minute excursion cancellations. Thank you very much team Azulians😀 Overall a great experience and we look forward to seeing you again.

Checked in - room was 26c. ( 88fh). They claimed to send maintenance e to repair but did not in 4 separate occasions - I checked in at 5pm and out at 1am. Worst was they said that they can out refund me as I booked through agoda who also have not been helpful - avoid the hotel and this agency

Disappointed with room and inability to make change”
I have stayed at the Fives twice before and have been very happy with the room. I was very disappointed in the room given to my mother and I this time as we were put within a group unit but were not part of the group and the room itself was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations that I had of The Fives based on past experiences. Also, when we asked to move to a different location ( For five days) we were not taken seriously and no effort was made to help us make a room change. I had booked a year in advance. Surely a better room should have been chosen for us and accommodations for a change should have been made. This disappointing experience was enough to question going to The Fives again for my next holiday.
