The weather was bad during our stay but the cozy ambiance of The Forest Lodge made our stay worthwhile. I initially advised that we are celebrating my husband's birthday and when we got there, there were balloons, confetti and a slice of cake with a happy birthday greeting. Room is spacious and very child friendly, my 1 year old toddler can be left alone wandering around the room without worrying about any hard corners or sharp objects that might hurt him. I accidentally broke a glass of wine and a staff was readily available to clean up. There are ample parking slots which is an issue if you stay in hotels at the town proper. The fact that the hotel is located at Camp John Hay makes it all the more fantastic. Lastly, my husband left his ring at our room and when we went back there 20 minutes after we checked out, his ring is already at the receptionist. Highly commending the honesty of their staff. We will definitely go back and stay here.

Best hotel we ever stayed during our trip to the philippines. Hotel is very nice and clean,staff are very friendly and helpful.Food in the restaurant is amazing.Western and asian food are available and food are delicious. Ross is very professional and accommodating, and he made our stay remarkable.Thank you for everything Ross. Rudolph is very friendly,always great you with a smile and his always there to help with your luggages. Juven was a very nice person always making sure we have a great stay. Our New Favorite Place in Baguio”
We stayed at the Forest Lodge for 3D 2N during this pandemic and we had a great experience because of the amazing customer service of Rudolf. His personality and professionalism added so much charm to this hotel. He made us feel at home. He called us by our first names and assisted us all the way. You know how sometimes in big hotels you can go unnoticed... It was different here. Rudolf and the staff has made us feel special and so we'll definitely go back here. We also love the hotel design, our room at 206 with the forest view and its location at Camp John Hay. Finally we were able to breathe some fresh air while in the comfort of our cozy room!

Relaxing stay and awesome views!”
I booked a one bedroom room and one superior room for my family and my sisters family and we had a blast. The rooms are really spacious with friendly staff. They are clean, airy and have great views. I love that children have a playground to play and their property adjacent to The Manor are excellently manicured! They also have parking and is near Mile-Hi if you ever need something there. The coffee shop within the hotel have affordable priced coffee, too! Recommended and definitely thinking of going back. To add, their free WiFi is very good!

I have stayed here thrice already and its a go to place if you just want to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet ambiance. A plus if you want to feel what Baguio is - City of Pines. The hotel's team are very accommodating, friendly and does excellent customer service. The room is clean, spacious and with dim lighting for comfy feel. The food is pricey but a must try. What I like here also it has a convenient parking area. And if you do not want to drive around, its easy to book a taxi here via apps from my experience.

What a fancy spot”
Unlike anywhere else I stayed in Philippines, the Lodge at Camp John Hay really felt luxurious. The restaurant at the adjacent Manor, and the. Gardens there are very nice. We were pleased that the “dress code” preventing slippers was not enforced. Initially when checking in, I noticed there were two luxurious bath towels but no wash cloths (face cloths). I called the front desk who had someone bring up to hand towels (which were welcome) but had difficulty explaining what a wash cloth was. About 5 minutes later the same charming housekeeper brought back a couple wash cloths. Had the bath been fully stocked, the room would have been perfect. When we went to check out, I was a bit perturbed that it took so long to “check the room.” Luckily I waited until a couple pieces of clothing left behind were retrieved. Great place, great service. Staff at the restaurant at the Manor were Great!

Great Stay”
The hotel was situated in a very beautiful place surrounded with luscious trees and pine trees. There were no air conditioners as they were situated high above. It rained when we were there so we really felt the cold which was nice as we are coming from a hot city. The lobby entrance is very cozy, giving you the ambience that you are in the woods or staying a cabin. It was October when we went there but they already started decorating for christmas so we really felt like we were in the states. The food in the restaurant was very good and the price including the souvenir shop and mini bar are quite fair even though it is already a prestigious hotel. The staffs were very accommodating and welcoming and I must not forget also on how great our massages were plus the price was very affordable. We would definitely come back again.

Stayed in The Forest Lodge for 4 days with our kids and we had a great time. The hotel’s location was inside Camo John Hay so you will definitely get the Baguio feels with the pines around. Our hotel room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and even the restaurant in the hotel served amazing food. Would definitely stay in The Forest Lodge again when we go back to Baguio. Sparkling clean rooms ”
Very nice hotel within camp john hay! They’ve got evrything u need in a room. Very spacious. Cons: No option for free breakfast though they have resto inside however choices ate limited. This hotel is very near the kids activities like horse back riding, zip line, butterfly sanctuary and go kart. These facilities are just ok for a kid but not as what we are expecting. All in all we would still stay here in the future.

The room is spacious, I love that there's a small kitchen sink provided. Bedsheets were amazing, staff were super helpful. We actually thought we lost one of our key cards and advised them that we will pay for that upon checkout. During room checking, they found it in the room when we thought we lost it somewhere else because we did our own search in the room and found nothing. They're pretty thorough with their processes. There's Coffee Stains coffee shop at the lobby, also serving Viscos Strawberry Shortcake so if you can't get to Viscos, this is great for you. Amazing view, so close to everything you need inside CJH. Can't recommend it more!

The deal that we got from Agoda was truly value for money! Nice hotel & staff - we had a good time... Communication prior to arrival could be improved. I did not receive any reply from the email addresses on their web page. I got a reply from their chat support during business hours only. They also called the day before to remind us of our QTP - which was good. However, they could go the extra mile by reminding guests about kennon road schemes.

we had an spectacular view. happy tummy at the buffet breakfast at the Manor which is just around 100 steps from Forest Lodge. The room is spacious, organized, bed is comfortable and real big. The hotel is commendable for its cleanliness esp the restroom.

First time to stay here. Room is big, clean, sheets and towels are clean and fresh smelling, bed and pillows comfortable, room service is fast, all hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Will still book this place for next visit.

The best place to stay”
It has everything you need for a vacation. The only downside is that even when you close the windows, you can hear your noisy neighbors drinking in their balcony. If you don't mind that, then it's a really great place and the staff are just the best. Maybe they can tell their guests to keep it down after 8pm. Or 9pm

Very beautiful hotel with professional staff”
My family and I stayed one night and reserved three rooms total. Upon checking in we found the staff to be incredibly professional and courteous. The rooms were spacious and very clean but I did find that the bedding on two beds in one room had not been changed or very laundered without care as there were spots, stains and what looked like mascara marks on the sheet. We were not very impressed with this especially since the beds were made up. Upon checking another room, our family members found another bed that needed to be changed. The bedding was changed as quickly as possible by yet again, very kind staff. Overall, would recommend but check the bedding down to the foot of the bed!

We arrived at wee hours and the kids are sleepy and would not budge to go out without sleeping first. The staff was very helpful to check if our rooms are available but unfortunately all the rooms we reaerved are occupied. The kids and I settle on the sofa while the rest of the group look for breakfast and other things to do within the area. After 30 mins or so Ariel Lance approached us to settle on
