AMAZING HOTEL AND STAFF! ”
This is my second time visiting Singapore and I’m happy that I’ve found this gem! Hotel is near to a bus stop that will bring you to all main places in Singapore like Chinatown, Bugis, Little India etc. Staff are nice specifically the Hotel Manager, Mr. Ted who’s very accommodating and address our requests immediately. Aside from the good location, hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. T&B are kept clean and I LOVE THEIR SHOWER! Water from the shower is great and had a good water pressure! I was able to bath comfortably. I will definitely go back to this hotel! Thank you for your great service!

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were super accommodating and super friendly. Check in and check out were both smooth. They will always greet you with a smile. Location—was surprised to find out that Joo Chiat is very hip. Wonderful location for foodies and sporty people. Short walk to East Coast Park where I did my morning runs. Stayed here with my teenage children during CNY. Love the hotel and surrounding area. Near to convenient stores, pubs, bistros and restaurants. But still a chill place to stay. The staff is polite and friendly. Room is clean and comfy. Towels and body wash are provided, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It's OK.

Only one bus stop is near. Most of the time you will have to travel around by foot or you will need to book a taxi. Great hotel to stay and cleanliness is good.

Bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep on most nights. On other nights, I was disturbed by the lift arrival bell and neighbour door closing loud clicks in the wee hours. Location was good. Popular food in Singapore could be found in the area and I bought crockery from a nearby shop. The hotel met the purpose of my visiting Singapore this time (eating & shopping). Hotel staff in all positions were friendly.

The location in Joo Chiat is very central, near a lot of good shops and restaurants. There is also a bus stop right outside so it is convenient to get to places. Room is simple and clean. For the price, I'd stay here again.

Budget friendly but clean hotel”
Good value for money. Nice neighborhood though a bit of a walking to the train station. There is a nearby bus stop or simply take a cab or grab car. We like walking in this area because of the Peranakan vibe. Coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and fairprice grocery - all walking distance. There is even a 7-11 convenience store few steps away when you go outside the hotel. There are a lot if electrical sockets with USB too. We were 3 in the room and we were able to charge all our 3 phones and 2 powerbanks. Staff were Ok too. The place is clean and overall this hotel is highly recommended.

Clean with comfy mattress & pillows”
I chose this hotel cos I saw many other reviews complimenting it on its cleanliness. And indeed this hotel lives up to it. Not only clean, but I found the pillows comfortable, to the extent that I snored less (lolzz, according to my family member) Altho the mattress was hard, I find this an advantage in that it was good for my spine. Kudos to the housekeeping staff, and the friendly front office. I'm still staying here cos it's a long stay for my family. So far, my only complaint is that the limited carpark is pretty tight to manouevre into.

I moved to another Ibis hotel in the central area after staying here but I missed this hotel instantly. The TV screen is huge, have complementary water, and the environment with a different atmosphere to the city area. I appreciated the mirror and hairdryer in the room. Would love to come back!
