It is a very old property. Don't go with high hopes. The floors were cemented with red oxide. You won't be getting any dental kit. They won't provide a water bottle, unless you ask.

Not for family , smoke smell , no lift , micro rooms. No support as the staff sleep whole day and during working hours too , no body takes calls have to come down if need any assistance

Horrible experience.. We were fooled,room was just tiny with no proper facilities. It was not even open when we reached at 7am,we had to wait 1hr for the guy to come and open the door,Rooms are pathetic,regretted booking this hotel. It is not what is shown in the photos. No brekfast was provided although it was mentioned in our package. Pls dont book this hotel

Staff is cordial but hotel stay was not very satisfactory ”
I booked a double room with complementary breakfast but was informed that the hotel had closed its restaurant. Room was okayish but hotel had no elevators so we had to climb 4 floors everytime (thankfully the staff carried our luggage). I paid 3000 for the room and expectations were a little more as I had stayed in similarly priced hotels on my trip which served me better - both in terms of room and amenities.

Photos are deceptive”
The photo you see of the big yellow building is actually of Le Hibiscus, which is a different accommodation. The french villa has a tiny entrance next to it. This photo is deceptive, don't fall for it. It is a shoddy overpriced place to stay, rooms are so small two people cannot stand adjacent to each other at any point. We had asked for a blanket/summer quilt for the one night we stayed there and all we got was a thick bed sheet. This was also after sending them back and explaining we really needed. The staff is barely 2 people but they are lovely. The location is good too. But you will get good staff and equally good location (if not better) at a place which will be worth the money it charges. Book this place only if this is your last resort, otherwise you will be disappointed.

My personal experience was very poor”
Though rooms we were assigned was new. But staff wasn't responsive not available most of the time. Needed a lot of followups for smallest of requests to be fulfilled. The attendant at times used inappropriate language towards women guests and that didn't feel respectful to me

No Parking /No Wifi/No DTH/cable”
Firstly, if you are taking your park, you had to park somewhere nearby the building. Secondly, their provided Wifi was with bad reception inside the room(we stayed adjacent to their reception) and also your Mobile ( we were using Airtel ) signal reception also low Thirdly , the TV doesnt have any DTH OR LOCAL CABLE connectivity. Since your mobile/wifi receptions all low, so you cant entertain and also you can use for basic things food order/any emergency
