Property policies

To prevent any misunderstandings, Inspection of apartment would be performed with the guest before and after departure. No smoking. I want guests to have a great time but no non registered guests are allowed to visit without prior consent. If something breaks due to wear and tear, don't worry about it. Things happen, BUT please just let me know. This house supports all genders, races, religious practices, and family types. We no longer allow pets. Its part of the new condo rules, we are fighting it but it might take a while to get that sorted out. I cant even bring my newfie there now.... All clients must be preregistered before entering the condo area. This is one of the new security measure for 2018 that the condo has implemented. There is also a 350 MYR security deposit than has been implemented as part of the security measures, it fully refundable when you are leaving the park. It may be a pain but its for your safety and the residents. Please note from July 2018: After your booking has been received, we will request that your forward us a copy of your passport or local Malaysian ID (adults), We are doing this to inform the building security of your arrival information (as it done in a normal hotel booking) and allow you entry into the premises. This information will be kept confidential and deleted after your departure. We will request this information via email or whatsapp for your security. So that we can contact you, please provide us a valid email or telephone information.
