Exquisite Wedding Venue ”
I had a short stay at the Garden Venue hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. This place is beautiful. I booked there because my friend got married at their lovely forest banquet hall. Everything was just amazing.

The staff and service are exceptional. However, more attention is given to the wedding venues and not the rooms. The rooms are very standard and small. The beds are comfortable. Great if you are attending a wedding at the venue. The hotel hosts many functions that end very late at night so it can get very noisy. Other than that, the accommodation is good value for the money you are paying.

Weekend away”
The room and the place is super amazing, however the bathroom had no privacy or door! The room had no coffee, the staff was friendly! I paid for breakfast included but we never got breakfast because the restaurant was closed and I didn’t get reimbursed for it as we had to now look for breakfast elsewhere! The venue is amazing and well kept! The bathroom really needs a door or something!

Breakfast was very bad”
First of all,you are not given an option on breakfast, they dont ask what would you like to eat or if there is anything that you dont eat like pork, they just imposed an omelet on us with pork inside and i dont eat pork as i get a reaction from it, the person who served us breakfast was also not friendly, she looked as though someone was holding a gun to her face for her to serve us. The reception lady boitumelo was very helpful and friendly loved her service she must keep it up. The room was fine except that there are no chairs in the balcony for one to sit and enjoy the beautiful garden. Only one sachet of coffee offered in the room,not fair for a couple because we had to share a cup. On arrival,there was no water in the room until the following morning, the little water that came out was brown and not clear clean. Otherwise the garden is beautiful, the conference and venue is amazing. The tranquility around the garden is refreshing, Thank you for a lovely place we hope to come back soon, If we may add can the venue reconsider bringing back the spa package.

A couple of problems here and there but overall a good experience and would recommend. ”
I had to call the hotel to make sure checkin was still open until late and the lady on the other side seemed very unfriendly. When we met the receptionists in person they were however very friendly. The room itself was neat and clean. It was quite a good setup, with coffee station and cupboards. The shower was surprisingly modern and lovely to use. The door to the bathroom was not in a good state however with no handle, a loose latch on the inside toward the bathroom and really bad design in terms of its position in relation to the shower. You can’t open the shower door if the door to the bathroom is even a little open, and the main door doesn’t close completely unless you latch it - a sliding door would be a much better fit for this bathroom. Breakfast was simple enough and offered a good meal before heading off again. The venue itself is unexpectedly beautiful in such industrial surroundings. All in all, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend it to the next person.

We got a room with no window or balcony. So it was a frustrating room. We were not allowed to change as well

1 star hotel not 3”
No shower gel,no body lotion like basic toiletry in the bathroom,standard tv channels,room not clean,found hair on the sheet. Breakfast was not appertizing,i couldnt find anything pleasant to eat. The place is perhaps 3 star for events but definately NOT as a hotel accomodation. Those rooms should only be available for people coming for events not for guests looking for hotel hospitality.

Not a good choice, if you are not part of an event at the venue”
The hotel is ok, but it is very noisy, with all the on site events. Additionally, there was no restaurant available, due to other events on site.
