Awesome Stay”
We booked Gateway just few days back, initial plan was for 4 days in The Park which I changed just few days before and I am really happy that I did it. Location was just great. Everything was easily accessible including beach. Food, property and staff was excellent. But it's not the big things that matters what matters are small small things which make your stay just wonderful. Starting from decorating room for my daughter's birthday with balloons and cake, which is just an awesome surprise and made my daughter's day. I am really thankful to the staff there for this gesture. The other small but effective thing that I liked is that they kept lemon/coconut water at reception in morning for early morning walkers to keep them refresh. Who thinks of that. My greatest praise is for staff whether it's people on front desk or housekeeping or concierge, everyone was so good full of warmth. It's a shame that this property will be demolished as it is quite old now and they will be building a new one soon. I would love to stay here again and again whenever I get chance. Only -ve thing I can say is that food and drinks are on a higher side, but food was too good

Fabulous place”
Excellent staff to make you so comfortable as if you are in your home AWAY from home. Mr. Ganesh at Front desk is all of warmth and smiles and knows all the likes and dislikes ! Mr.Srinivas, Mr.Patnaik, Mr. Roy and their team are very caring and happy to serve the smallest of requests. Food is awesome. Taj Gateway we have been frequenting for last 24 years and next year would be our silver jubliee year of visiting and staying at Taj Gateway Visakhapatnam. 2023 would be special for us. We wait !

Great property with lovely staffs. -->Visited with friends there in the resort , and the view was wow!! Loved the property. I think it was the best place for any kind of function or trip plans. Thanks to their lovely hospitality which gives more stars to the resort. Specially like to thanks Mr. Baibhav for understanding the needs in terms of food and services as well. He was super polite during service. I felt so comfortable. Now will surely plan to visit again with my family and friends too. Thank you Taj.

Felt safe and reassured ”
Started from 14th to 17th June, Covid lockdown lifted, but still a high anxiety time. Hotel was Awesomely safe.. staff are fantastic. Front desk, check-in, security were tops. Their Chinese restaurant was amazing. One of the best tofu I have had in years. On par with top places in Singapore. Also the lamb with black bean sauce was really tops Ocean view rooms. Everyone helped and made me feel comfortable, despite masks, gloves and face shields.

Cleanliness was maintained but interiors are outdated, washbasin was not draining, restaurant dinning area very congested, outdated. Limited menu in Buffet. Spa facilities also not up to date.

Beach view from the room we stayed was great; however, a walk on the beach may not be the best idea as the R K beach is not one of the best maintained beaches of Vizag. Comfortable stay overall

Hotel is good and at a very nice location. Really you can see the beauty of sea thru window. it is very quit and calm. Food served is very good with quality. But the rent is relatively very high when compared to other hotels in vizag.
