because of its excellent location and lift (a rarity in oxford), this hotel is always full. in general, the staff are friendly and helpful. but the housekeeping department is sadly understaffed, and this affected the required daily room cleaning.

worth the stay but no free extended given even for 30 minutes
Small, overpriced, and noisy”
Very small for the price we paid. Bright green security lights in the on ceiling so it’s like having a bright night light when trying to sleep. Very noisy with bar next door playing music until 1 am. I would not recommend staying here
Center of the atiwer”
The best of it is the location, it’s only 1 minutes from the bus drop off from London and everything is a minutes walk. Will sure come back!
