Location: near Dalat Market. Facility: it's ok, not old, not new, fair with the price. Check not water before you take shower caused the room I stayed didn't has hot water, it's warm only, it's not enough for me in the cold weather. WC: have very bad smell sometimes. I book Deluxe Double Room with view and window, but they put me on the 4 floor. The room has big window, but can't see anything, because there is an wall in front of the window. When I ask, they told me that the same room in 3rd and 2nd floor is more expensive, and they don't have the wall in front of it like 4 foor! But I only use room for sleeping at night, so it's OK for me. If you want a view, ask them before you book.

Location and service”

I’m interested staff in hotel supported me some service ( rend vehicles, …). Room was cleaned every morning and is larger. Near Đa Lat market and favorite restaurants. Best choice for vacation!

Overall great. Lots of food stalls near the hotel. Near to night market about 5-6 minutes depending how fast you walk. There's also shortcut to the night market. Staff are helpful n friendly. The only problem is language barrier.

Good location for a cheap price. ”

We got a room on the ground floor right near the check in area so it was loud at night and in the morning with people coming in and out of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location and you can walk to several bars and restaurants and the night market.

Khách đang trong phòng nhưng nhân viên liên tục mở cửa phòng nhầm. Trong một đêm nhầm đến tận 3 lần. Khách hỏi thì báo là nhân viên vệ sinh nhầm phòng. Không thấy xin lỗi khách. ( Mình k hiểu nhân viên vệ sinh sao lại dọn phòng vào lúc sáng sớm như v, nếu nhầm 1 lần có thể hiểu, đằng này nhầm tận 3 lần).

Nice staff and view room”

Khách sạn đòi giữ CCCD gốc khi check-in hoặc thanh toán hết tiền phòng. Ban đầu bạn nhân viên không đồng ý chụp hình CCCD và cọc 50% nhưng mình nói một hồi thì bạn mới chịu nhận cọc thôi. Mình nghĩ The Grace nên xem xét lại việc giữ CCCD có chip của khách. Nhiều khách sạn khác không còn làm như vậy nữa rồi. Các bạn nhân viên thì lịch sự chỉ còn cập rập chỗ CCCD thôi. Phòng mình book view đẹp.
