Nice property - far away from Shimla Mall Road”
Nice rooms, clean restrooms, but very far from Shimla Mall road. If you have your own car, its recommended to stay here. If not, keep a separate budget for hiring cabs & transportation. Picture given on the website looks very enticing, don't be taken away by looks Overall OK property.

Acceptable”
Worst hotel. Its my request, don't waste your money by going to this hotel. Hotel has mentioned that they are 4 star Hotel but they don't even provide AC, Fridge, Fan, Locker etc. You will find dirty bed-sheet (I hope used and not washed).

Worst Hotel ”
Its the opposite experience against the name the grand welcome. We were welcomed in a dusty room which says it was renovated recently. We had to request a change to another room after cleaning the welcome room. The same was the case with sight seeing. After booking a taxi at 9 AM with the hotel they told last minute that the car is not available and had to book another one which arrived 10.15. By that time we escaped from there in a local bus which was readily available. and so many other disgusting issues which i dont want to elaborate. A worst hotel not sure how they got the star rating from agoda. it shows 3 star but i would say minus 3 star. Also the website shows misleading information, the railway station distance shows 3-4 Kilometers whereas the actual distance is 10 kilometers. So never will take the risk again to stay in this hotel.

The worst hotel !”
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I've stayed in hotels both in Dubai and in India. By far this has been the most terrible, awful hotel that I've come across. Firstly they demanded the passport copies of every traveler in the group, without which they would deny the room to us. This is never a rule anywhere. They made a big fuss and a deal of the whole thing. Secondly the hotel rooms stunk of the cheap materials they've used to clean the flooring. The bedsheets were not changed and neither the pillow covers. Everything was stained with streaks of hair found on the pillow. Thirdly as soon as you enter the floor, all exercise machines are just kept in the hallway. They call themselves a 3star hotel, when the standards of the hotel is just like a lodge, where it's used by 3rd rate people. The service and the staff were unruly, with no management skills,to,run a hotel. And to calm us down they offered us free dinner, which were leftovers from a party that had jsut finished. In short a very disgusting hotel. NOT RECCOMMENDED.

Pretty Average”
I booked a couple of family suites here. The property is average looking and good for a couple of days stay, although I liked the location since the important places of interest were not too far. Having said that the rooms were not worth the amount I ended up spending and the room cleanliness was just satisfactory. Moreover I was surprised that at the rate they charged, there was not even a ceiling fan and clearly during this time of the year it's mandatory. I was provided with a table fan and again at a price of 150/ per night after haggling. Staff was good and service was quite decent, although the breakfast menu needs to have more variety. A la carte menu was fine. I hope they address these issues.

Suggestion to improve the facilities”
Due to global warming now time has come that hotels should provide at least one ceiling fan and AC in the rooms. Secondly extra bed system needs a review as at least two adult and one kid if they are adjustable should not be compulsory to take additional bed.Third one exhaust fan needs to be installed on a priority basis in the bathrooms.Lastly the complementary breakfast needs improvement.

disappointing, avoid it if possible”
bad experience, there was not water for many hours when we checked in and hotel staff was arrogant to even apologies. hotel looks decent in pics, but when you go there it looks more like shopping complex. it is very far from main area and you will struggle to commute.
