Best value for money hotel I've ever stayed. Even better than p*p & h*r**s chain. Big room, big bed, free mini bar. Complete amenities, just lack of sandal & beverage sachet. But you got free snacks & bottle beverages for free. The staffs are very attentive & friendly. I sleep in twin beds 2 x 120 cm. It's enough for me, my husband & my 15 yrs old son. Thumbs up for The Grantage Hotel.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. However, when you talk loud enough, your neighbour might hear what you said. The basement parking is a torture. If youre a novice driver, better parking outside the hotel. Basement is very small, mind your car when take turns

Friendly staff but lack of preventive measure”
I was staying 3H2D. Staff was friendly and quick in response whenever I need an assist. The room was large with bathtub so I can take a bath in night time and feel relax during my stay. Unfortunately, there are few staffs who did not wear mask. And there no disinfection in front of receptionist and restaurants. Also, in restaurant there is no plastic gloves before taking food . I was surprised because in Japan, hotel staff always wearing masks and there are also disinfection inside hotel.

This hotel have a great decoration and ornament. First impression when you come to this hotel, wow amazing. With that prize you can get bathub and complete bath tools. But need improve with breakfast menu also with taste, need more improve, and unfortunatelly we get bad experience with cleanest in our room. Also i get smell cigarrete di selasar ruangan. Over all this hotel keren, staff nya cukup ramah, informatif juga dalam penyampaian term and condition nya.
