Located in bustling Little India, this hotel offers easy access to transportation, dining, and shopping. This place are amazing, great location (close to seven eleven & MRT station) just 300m from the hotel & the staff listen to your request. Not like other comment that said the room is dirty & the air con is hot it is the opposite. I ordered the standart room (the good room) The room is a decent size, the bathroom are clean, the size of the bed pretty decent, the amenities are so many for 2 people. For me this is a great hotel & def will be back when in singapore

It was a 1 night staycation, wanted to stay here as saw some nice pictures of it…but when we got there it was disappointing. Maybe it was good in its prime, but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness shows. - We booked mainly because of the aesthetic looking room and bathtub. But the wallpapers were dirty and bathtub had very very obvious stains. We rationalised that maybe the years of visitors using bathbombs could be why the bathtub was stained so bad. Still, i believe the hotel management should at least find a way to make it more presentable. It felt icky to use it. - Toilet: Not only was the bathtub stained, the toilet seat was too. It looks like the toilet seat of an old mall’s public toilet. The toilet also has this glass window facing the room and there is a blind….with no string. So we could not even close it for some privacy. For couples would be alright i guess, but i imagine it would be awkward for friends/families. The handles of the toilet door had grime and rust, looks like they did not wipe it down at all. - Bed: The bedsheet was not placed properly, i spotted that one side the elastic part was hanging out like it was done in a rush. The pillow cases had stains and honestly felt like our heads were not resting on pillows. Imagine like “chou chou” or a pillow that has been used for years and years. - Electricity: On the first night, there was a power trip. We did not think much of it as the lights and aircon came back on after a minute and we were only there for a night so did not feel the need to ask for a room change. The next day, it kept happening every 5 to 10 minutes. We realised it happened more often when we plugged in our phone chargers at the powerpoint above the bed’s headrest. The fridge was not cold too. - The windows had this metal bars on it and it did not look clean. Sure rusting happens, but this looked like stains. There were also brownish-yellowish water stains at the back of the room door and we only realised this when we were leaving. - Last point is noise. We do not mind a bit of noise but did not realize Sg was so happening at 2am. there’s a bar downstairs and a club of sorts, there were sounds of people shouting and arguing in the middle of the night. At one point a guy sounded like he was screaming and knocking on each door. Luckily it wasn't in the hotel, but the noise was loud enough we thought he was outside our room. Overall, the design of the room is unique and I can see how they envisioned the room to be. But it’s so disappointing that such an aesthetically designed room was put to waste due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. Please do something about it as it really has potential.

I was hesitant since i read the reviews, but I got lucky. I think the staffs are great, they're polite and helpful. The room are pretty clean, the AC works fine. Although nobody pick up our trash for 3 days, but I gotta say this place is nice. Great location. Very close with Rochor station. Not noisy, at least where I stayed. Worth the money.

Highly recommended, I took a family room for 4, the space is very large, the room is clean, the bathroom is too, 1 double bed, and 2 single beds.. close to the city center. I will be back to this hotel if I stay in KL.

“Wish I could book different one”
Stayed for two nights and as several people mentioned in the review, there was no one who cleaned the room. Only got two bottle of water and no refill. There are pubs nearby and the loud music definitely not a good one especially on Saturday night, it lasts till 4 AM in the morning. Been staying in a better hotel with the same value of money but it is quite cozy although the size of the room is quite small. Improvement definitely needed for its facilities such as bathroom door which sounds is quite disturbing when I close it.
