Good place to stay, nearby mall and CBD. Surrounded by plenty of eateries and clubs. Holywings club is just a 100M stroll from the hotel. The room is huge, clean and comfort. Amenities are top notch. Added advantage is the hotel is surrounded by 2 malls, the Festive Mall and the Epicentrum Mall making it easy to grab food, goods and drinks. Would highly recommend this 5 star gem!

Spacious room and complete amenities”
All is good except on the first afternoon, around 3 hours after checking in, the water stopped running. We could not take a shower even after swimming. Luckily after waited for around 1 hours, the problem has solved and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The room was clean, spacious and provided complete amenities, only the bathroom looked outdated.

Excellent hotel”
This is my 2nd time staying here. I just love the hotel because of the mall which has varieties of food and cinema theater. Very conveniently located. There are few local cuisine, chinese n indian cuisine as well. We just love the room structure where the living is separated from the bedroom. We just love it. We do not choose any other hotel whenever to jakarta, we are ardent fan of this facility ;)

The suite is located in business area around Kuningan, where we can easily find many great restaurants and close to some malls. Room itself so spacious, equipped with microwave, stove, minibar. Since we travelled with a baby, it is really convenience for us

Hotel is good but Agoda supports is questionable ”
Love the hotel, and definitely will return again. But, will not book via Agoda again, especially if you are a business traveler. Any impromptu support needed from Agoda is also almost inexistent.

Good location”
You should pick this hotel if you have a baby with you. The location is perfect, connected with the mall so that you can always get food (there are some restaurants) and they have groceries too. Fresh fruits and meat is easy to find. The hotel itself is very nice. So big and my 22 months baby completely enjoyed her stay. They have kitchen and complete utensils inside the room, water bottle for free (they gave us 4!) and when we asked for baby cot they gave us immediately. What a service❤️ We had breakfast too, since we stayed for 3 nights, we try their breakfast but we didn't make it for the second morning. So we only tried the breakfast for first and third morning. The menus were changed a bit from the first morning, but some of the menus were the same. Quite delicious. Don't have any complaint about that. The only thing less was the swimming pool. Because it's too small. But since we didn't have any plan to swim anyway, it was totally fine.

The location of this hotel is just perfect. It’s very close to so many branded restaurant (3-4 mins walk) like McD, Dominos, Caribou coffee, Burger King, Bread Talk, Pizza Hut and an Arabic restaurant call Al Tharir. There also 2 supermarkets and 1 local food court right in front of the hotel. The area is very clean and modern. It’s basically In a business area far from the Airport. There are actually quite a few Arabs I see in here which is great. The check-in was very smooth and they gave us an welcome drink which was nice of them but the drink was horrible. They should have given us water or normal juice. The room was great with 1 main and 1 normal room and 1 toilet with huge living room, a well equipped kitchen and a dining Table. But you have to ask them a gas cylinder if you wish to use it. Beds were comfy too. However I found the room very dated. The furnitures were all worn out, tables and chairs were very weak. Breakfast was amazing. They had an omlette station, great variety of deserts and American pancakes and waffles and quite a lot of Indonesian and few Japanese’s dishes but no Arabic. Since this property was around 50 percent filled with Arabs, there weren’t any Arabic dishes. The check-in time is at 12:00 P.M which is very inconvenient. Should be at least at 1:00 P.M as others hotels allow. Swimming pool was also great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend this hotel to you for an amazing apartment room for big families.
