Really nice; loved the perfect, tastefully done Elvis decor. Super clean, really nice staff, right across the street from Graceland. Buffet breakfast at Delta's is really nice for couples or families: waffles with guitar imprint, eggs, etc. and southern grits and biscuits too. The Shake Rattle and Go is always busy in the morning with a long line. If you can't beat the line, go to Delta's and ask for coffee to go. Ate one night at E&P's Bar and Grill. We were a little apprehensive after reading reviews, but I have to say although it did't have a huge menu, it was still very good, casual place and casual food; our waitress was great. One negative - when I set the wake-up call for 7am; it went off 6 minutes late. Next day, I set it for 8am; again, 6 minutes late. Only 1 other thing -- when it was time to take the shuttle back to the airpoirt, they said they go back every 1/2 hour. We started waiting at 2:20pm and asked at 2:30pm - no shuttle. We waited 'til 2:40pm. Then I asked in a panic and one of the nice woman employees said she didn't know where the staff member was -- so she just jumped behind the shuttle bus and took us back herself. So willing to help. Staff really were nice. Overall, if you are going to go all the way to Graceland, you may as well stay at the Guest House because it's the whole trip's theme - Elvis (constant Elvis music btw in the common areas), convenient and feels so new, with a touch of class/fun-funky. It looks like the nicest hotel in the area. I highly recommend.
Love the opulent look of the hotel lobby & rooms inspired by Elvis without being stuffy or uptight. Visited here last year for the first time and returned again this month to bring my mother-in-law to see Graceland. We were delighted as you are I mmediately greeted by Elvis music playing on the speakers as you walk into the beautiful, spacious lobby with lots of seating spaces! The rooms have comfortable beds & pillows and a refrigerator. Elvis movies are played on the television in the rooms along with other channels. They offer nightly peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and chocolate milk in honor of Elvis! There’s a large theater at the hotel which plays complimentary Elvis movies every evening. There’s a bar and have live music on certain evenings. The grounds are gorgeous with outdoor seating. Lawn games and a relaxing pool and a fitness center is available. Location is perfect as it is next to Graceland. Hotel offers complimentary Memphis airport and Graceland shuttle. Very convenient location as it is about 15 minutes to Beale Street. Staff were friendly. They offer valet and $10 self-parking in a guard-gated secured parking. Would definitely return at the Guesthouse when we return to Memphis 😊 I highly recommend to all visiting Graceland!!!
I love this hotel! My granddaughter, 5 year old, is an Elvis fan and refers to Graceland as Elvisland. This was her first visit and we all loved the Elvis theme everywhere. The room was perfect with comfortable beds, nice decor, and Elvis playing on the TV. We loved the backyard, there was plenty of room for a 5yr old to run around and not bother the other guests. The pool area was clean and there were always plenty of towels available. There was lobby entertainment each night in the lobby bar area. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. EP's Bar had great food and was never too busy to accommodate us. This hotel is worth the little more you may pay compared to other hotels in the area but it is worth it because you are in the heart of Elvisland!
This is the second time that I've stayed at the guest house at Graceland and it was just as amazing the first time as it was the second time. The staff is absolutely amazing couldn't ask for a better group of people. The rooms are magnificent the whole establishment from rooms to corridors to hallways to restaurants to restrooms to theaters to meeting rooms and stores are all impeccably clean. The beds are absolutely comfortable. There was only one hiccup during my stay and that was the night of the DJ party and buffet dinner plus scavenger hunt over at the car museum. After the event there were not shuttles to pick us up and take us back to the guest house. After two or three phone calls from different people to the guest house and standing under the blue awning for 20 plus minutes in the rain they finally got shuttles headed over to pick us up. Other than that everything else was amazing.

This is the third year that I have stayed at the guest house at Graceland for the Elvis week in January for his birthday celebration. Checked in. Went into the room and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall from the ceiling down and it looked like there was mold behind the wallpaper. For as much money as it cost to stay here per night, I believe that these rooms should be kept up better. Also, going down the hallways you can tell that the cleaning people's cart has scrapes all the way down the walls on either side of the hallway. Some of the carpet in the hallways to the rooms are rubbed all the way down to the floor. It's just is not kept up to par for the amount of money you pay to stay here. However, the restaurants, the staff in the restaurants and the hotel staff that work the desk and that drive the shuttles are amazing. Makes these things almost go away but not quite. Beds are amazing. Comfortable and it is in the perfect location for every event that we were needing to attend.
