Best place to stay in Hakone”
The hotel is located near the Lake. In the morning, we walked 5 minutes to the Lake side and jumped on the boat. The route took us to the top attractions in the area. We finished it within a day. We booked the room with private outdoor onsen. It comes with a private small yard where you can sit and enjoy a cup of tea when you dip into the onsen. Highly recommended. The room is clean and spacious. The Japanese garden in the Hotel is very pretty for relaxing. We booked the breakfast and the dinner. The meal is prepared by the chef according to the season and is served in your room. There are not many restaurants in the area. Having meals there is definitely an important part of the experience. Best service, attentive to details. I forgot my necklace in the room. The hotel staff drove 3-4 bus stops and caught up with our bus in order to return my necklace. I was deeply touched. Will definitely stay there again.

Traditional ryokan”
We were impressed by their service throughout our staff. We had a Japanese care taker assigned to us looking after our needs. She spoke very little English but tried her best to communicate with us and we felt welcomed and looked after. They served us traditional kaiseki dinner and breakfast. it was a real experience. The place is very pretty with a beautiful Japanese themed garden. The room was very clean and spacious. We slept very well on the futon. We enjoyed both their public and private onsen, which really helped to relieve our tired bodies during the trip. Location was okay. Little bit of a walk from the wharf and you're not able to much of lake Ashi from the hotel. Overall, we had an amazing time and would totally do it again.

It's no doubt I stay at the good hotel. But I might not stay again here because of their way during my checking out. For such a "great" hotel, they should do a little better to service the guests following their heart, not just showing the smile from the face.

Amazing stay”
We had an amazing stay at this ryokan. It exceeded even our highest expectations. The people were very nice, spoke enough English, the service was perfect. The onsens were also clean and never crowded. We used the private onsen 3 times and the public once during our 2 night stay. They were always clean and well stocked with what you’d need. We wanted to stay longer so hopefully will be able to return someday. Was well worth the costs and a nice break from Tokyo. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Worth to pay”
The ryokan and its garden inside was very beautiful, and all staffs were kind and elegant. We could use both private and public baths, and was such a nice pleasant chilling experience. Breakfast and dinner was on point, and worth the money i paid. Dinner menu is same for each month, but we stayed 2 nights and they made some cute alteration to all dishes. What a heavenly pleasant experience again! Will take my parents too next time :)

Exquite gardens & lovely outdoor baths. This is a small property but so elegant & clean - a true Japanese experience. Dinner & breakfast were multicoirse & gorgeous to look at (dishes & presentation amazing); food may be a bit adventurous for western palate. Order the western breakfast if unsure. Menu is the same everyday for a month so something to consider when staying. A unique experience.

Wer einmal original japanisches Ambiente in Vollendung kennenlernen möchte, kommt an diesem Ryokan nicht vorbei. Allerdings sollte man sich schon ein wenig auskennen, um die Vielfalt eines Kaizen Essens geniessen zu können. Perfekte Aufmerksamkeit des Personals, ein wunderbarer Garten, der private Onsen, besser geht nicht. Das dieser Luxus seinen Preis hat, ist verständlich, denn wo sonst kann man so etwas noch erleben.

非常棒的温泉旅馆，服务热情周到，提供的餐食非常好吃！早饭是日式套餐，晚饭是怀石料理。旅馆房间较少，大浴场人很少，基本上处于包场的状态，露天温泉非常惬意。工作人员会热情的推荐周边的旅游景点，还会将客人送到车站。
