Our new favorite accommodation in Baguio!”
The place has a nice view, from our window you can see the pine trees. The transient also has a great view of the city. It is near the tourist attractions like Burnham Park so you can conveniently go there anytime. The best part of this accommodation is the staff! They are very welcoming and kind. They assisted us warmly and offered help so we can set up our laptops for our work-from-home duties. Kudos ates and Kuya!

The staff are really nice, approachable and very accommodating. The place is clean and refreshing, it feels like home away from home. Though it is a bit far (like 20mins away) from the tourist spots but it doesnt matter. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

We booked a room good for 10 pax. We thought we’ll get the whole place but then we discovered that you only pay for a room and not the entirely place. The place has approx 5 rooms good for 2pax, 4pax, 10pax and there’s a common area (shared by all). There are only 2 parking slots. First come first serve. Its hard to look for a parking along the streets. CR is small and uncomfortable. No towels, but when we requested, they agreed to provide it. Heater takes time. No Refrigirator but you can cook. Wifi is not accessible inside the room.

The place is too far from the center but no problem since there are a lot of taxis around. For a very high price, no toiletries and no free breakfast. Not even free bottle of water and water kettle. Cleanliness is okay even on our room, there were some kind of sands falling from the ceiling to our bed, so we moved the bed. The only pros I can say is the place is quiet and the staff is friendly.

We actually booked the place because we thought there was a bathtub since they claimed they have one. When we got there, there was only a shower and the usual cubicle. Nevertheless, our stay was good because the staffs were accomodating. Also, their wifi doesn't reach the second floor, so we used data. The place was 2km away from city proper, but there were a lot of taxis passing by the area and you can also book via Grab. The place also has their mini store downstairs, so you can buy some snacks and even beers. Bring your own toiletries because they will only provide you with towels.

Room are ok, staff are friendly, although not near to city center by walking, it's good tho, fresh experience of staying in such concept house. Worth to try! One bad experience are only the water pressure aren't good, can't enjoy hot shower.
