The location is very good. Near Gloucester rd. station tube. The 2 bed-room apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Good room size, good price. Staff was helpful. They even made reservation for the restaurants for us... thank you. But Internet wifi was unstable.

Unbelievable poor service attitude and quality. The management team has no sense of taking care of customer satisfaction nor care about people feeling. I would rather book a hotel that operate by machine instead of dealing with their inhuman response. I'd never recommend anyone to stay here.

Worst Customer Service Ever
Really bad service, I paid for my stay in advance but they refused to check me in due to my credit card acting up. They would even accept a security deposit of 500 British Pounds in cash just so that I can use what I paid for! All 3 front desk officers should be trained in customer experience and service most especially when the customer chose the most expensive room available! Never again!

Good size apartment
Large apartment for London. All the amenities. The heating / aircon seemed intermittent. Shower not the easiest to use. Bed also wasnt that comfy - felt like 2 singles joined - and the TV had hardly any channels wokring for some bizarre reason. Having said that, wifi was great, location awesome and was huge size.

Staff were not friendly or helpful
Staff were not friendly with Asian customers and they were not helpful. There was no porter service provided to the customers while the staff were not offer any help with this matter. However, the location is very convenient in all aspects.
