A Nice hotel within Seminyak area”
Recommended to stay in the suit if travel in a group. The suit room is very spacious and there are two swimming pools within the haven hotel. The hotel staff greets everyone they meet. When we inform them the air con is not working, it was solved when we are back at night. Fast action with no delay.

otel location is fine but need 15-min walk to go to beach. A lot of restaurants nearby and close to Bintang Supermarket, friendly staff and clean room, shower was not strong enough and sometimes water became colder while taking bath.

Great location and staff”
Staff at every touch point (front desk, housekeeping to restaurant) was very polite and friendly. Easily one that deserve top ranking in terms of friendliness. Although the rooms are spacious and clean, the air conditioning is a little noisy. TV reception is not great either.
You cannot ask for more in terms of location. Only a 20 -25 min drive to the airport, it is near to all other amenities...convenience stores, massage parlours, shops and restaurants.

This is a well-situated hotel, right on the main road but easy walking distance to shops, cafes etc.
This was the third of fourth time that I stayed there, although previous stays were a few years back.
I usually ask for a quiet room but ended up with one in front. The receptionist did say he would move me the next day to a quiet room when it became available but it was too much bother for me, so I said it was fine - mainly because my room faced a small rooftop garden, which I thought was quite charming. But you do get to hear the very loud music from the restaurant downstairs :(
Anyway, the room itself was very nice, clean and comfortable, so no complaints there.
Employees were generally polite and friendly and their trainees were especially eager to help.
There's a shuttle to the beach every two hours (although the walk is an easy 5-8 minutes only). And the hotel has its own beach loungers etc, with attendants.
All in, a good place to stay while in Seminyak.

"Great Hotel" ”
My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom unit in the suite or back section of the hotel. The room was huge, clean and well appointed . Getting a bit tired but still fantastic value for money.
The pool area was beautiful. The water was nice and cool for a refreshing dip after being out in the heat.
Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose whether it be Indonesian or western.
The biggest wow was the staff. All staff were friendly and welcoming with a smile given with every greeting.
Overall this was one of the best value for money hotel's I have stayed at in South East Asia.

Best part of the hotel is the pool but the pool bar is way overpriced.
Breakfast is quite nice good variety
Room is quite big with a balcony but the cleaning is that's great as you can see cleaning stains all around the room floor, not what you'll expected at this Price.

I like this hotel for convenience and short stays. I’m not overly keen on the pool areas. They are separated into two but both are surrounded closely by the rooms. They do have a shutter bus at the back of the hotel to take you to the beach though and the front restaurant makes great espresso martini’s

Location really right at the center of here n there hence u can walk to double 6 beach or to the party zone or shopping and etc. the one room villa is really great but the aircond really can’t make it we on it to max and still gonna sleep in naked!
Love the welcome note and the birthday card n cake for my lover who birthday on the day we check in! The breakfast are good but the restaurant foods are more for Caucasian taste rather then Asian as it not that spicy or strong taste like the local. The staffs is really the best as they greet u everytime regardless time and place they see u.

Great service, breakfast and average location.”
Really close to the beach if you take the back gate. Staff were really friendly and nice. Breakfast was very worth it. The television was in such a bad quality and had to call the Engineers a few times to get it fixed, but nothing could be done in the end. The shower was fluctuating between hot and cold at times. Other than this, it was a really good stay!

I have been staying at the haven for the last 4 years . And always come back . All the staff are so pleasant and helpful.
The hotel has great rooms and pools are great .
Breakfast has so much to offer :)
It’s like my second home when going to Bali !

everything almost perfect except the first day when I arrived,they cannot provided me the room that I booked for but they changed the room for the next day though..the location is nice and the swimming pool is amazing..the only problem that I had is the noise and the sound of the people from the reception..the room is not that noise protected so I heard the noise most of all the time..if u gonna booked this hotel pls..ask the room that away from the reception..the breakfast was nice..they provided both western style and traditional style..if there is not a problem about the noisy surrounding,my stay would be perfect..

This is the hotel we usually booked when we go to Bali. This time around though we feel like the room is getting a bit old and the shower water leaked out to our room. Location is amazing. Value for money.

The Haven is Heaven”
I did not take honeymoon package, just put my note that this is a honeymoon travel when I booked this hotel, and surprisingly they set up my room just like for honeymoon. The flower on the bed, welcome note, and goose craft of towel were welcoming us.
Breakfast was great, the location is perfect, staffs are very helpful.

Friendly staff, good location and lovely hotel design”
Staff with sweet smiles and very friendly and good Location with shops nearby and 10 min walk to beach. Hotel design is simple but I love it because good ventilation along corridor with plants. We booked room with pool viwe but no avilability of room with pool view when we checked in and spend the first 2 nights at the another room with roof top garden view. This room also nice room but sometimes it's noisy because of near to road. Finally we moved to the room with pool view and almost everything is satsified at this hotel.
