First, I would like to say thanks for the service, this is not the first time I travel to this hotel. This hotel staff really helpful, and the location is good. The hotel was very clean and comfortable! Especially the bed was very very comfortable! I would like to say, The Heritage Hotel management team you did the good job! Only the cafe did't open until late night but beside that all was perfect, included cafe lunch was delicious. This is the 4 time I stay in this hotel but not the last, I sure will come back if I travel to Kuala Lumpur again, once again, thanks The Heritage Hotel for provide me the best service and good memories+ comfortable rooms!

Good Design, Comfortable, brand new, and helpful staff”

Actually this is my first time stay at boutique hotel, but it was a good experience! When I arrive the hotel, it was 11 am, their check in time is 2 pm, but they allowed me to put the luggage in counter. When I check in the room, the room was so nice and supply drinking water, toothbrush, shampoo and hand soap, I not believe that this price can provide so much of hotel amenities! Can their hotel looks like brand new and staff are very friendly, this is not just like the hotel, is like home! By the way, I will be back again!!!!

The hotel is located at strategic place in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The toilet and bathroom is separated. Overall okay, and the only drawback would be the choices of channels provided for the tv is very less and mostly chinese programs.

I am suprised that the surrounding area was so calm! Love the interior! I literally parked at the front door. It was a best decision ever to stay here during the long 3-days weekend. Took me only 15mins to go breakfast in Kg. Baru from the hotel! I had dinner at RSMY (known for their infamous cheese naan) which is very nearby. Thanks to the receptionist (Ali) for being honest and helpful. He kept my phone charger safe after I checked out from the hotel until I came back to collect it. Luckily I'm still around KL at that time :) Cons: Ensuite toilet with no ceiling. But it was quite an experience ;)

Friendly stuff. Hotel provided private parking area 😁 with valet parking f.o.c. Room have big space, drinking water, toothbrush and toohpaste, towel, hair dryer. Just tea and coffee is not provided. Hotel breakfast is absolutely great even though only 3 choice. Next to the hotel got 2 famous restaurant , one is selling Western food and another one is selling hai nan styles food. Both of them open from morning until noon around 2pm.

the room is decent and the room has separate shower room and toilet. Bath robes, towels and toiletries are provided. However, no tea bags for tea making, although kettle and cups are available. The hotel interior is quite nicely renovated. the parking facilities is complimentary on-site.

Extremely good location, but hotel environment is quite disturbing”

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Giving free car park for hotel guest is also a very good service. However, the room quality is slightly under expectation. The sound proof is extremely poor for the room that we stayed in, we can barely sleep as there is very loud music playing from the surrounding area. Crying of baby next door were clearly heard too. The water flow in the bathroom need to improve. We were taking shower and noticed that water were flowing out the bathroom and towards the floor, which we nearly slipped. Lastly, location is excellent, surrounding and room quality will be something to be consider for in terms of choosing this hotel. Other than that, everything else is good.

Very accommodating staff, decently sized rooms, solid breakfast. A little more table or shelf space would have been nice to put things on. If you're staying for a while, you can ask for amenities such as extra hangers, iron, etc. No fridge in the room but they let us store our food in the fridge they have in the lounge

Spacious with nice interior, love the design. Free parking is a bonus! The staff is super friendly. Downsides: the floor is a little dusty, and some ants wander around. It would be great to have a few more things in the room like hairdryer, clothes hanger, complimentary bottled water. They have a water dispenser at the reception area, suggest to have it on each floor. The wing chair in the room is broken. Overall it is a nice stay.

Overall very happy with the room! Only downside was that the cement floor was quite dirty and no bedroom slippers are provided so we had to wash our legs every time before wearing our shoes or going to bed. Other than that, it was perfect! Staff was very friendly and love the aesthetic of the room!

Second time staying in this hotel. Still love the parking facilities and the convenience of moving around with ease. Approx 5min walk can reach quill city mall and along the way there’s some great restaurant with fantastic ambience. Basic toiletries provided, bath robes, TV with USB port.

Location wise very good. Parking is scarce but nearby public transport. We stayed at twin deluxe room. Cant really feel the aircond eventhough we already set it at 16c. Water flowed to the room after every shower. informed reception counter but none action taken.
