This place deserves 5* for sure, awesome pool, great location, friendly staff, huge rooms, and everything is in place and well thought. I have nothing to complain about (which is very unusual for my personality). The territory around the hotel is very well maintained. All electronics and electricity are well thought. the ventilation in the room is great (I have a portable CO2 meter and it represents the values 400-550 ppm, which is awesome). At night I can hear the sea from my room. I'll be happy to remember the time in here!

On the beach, great pool, large rooms, spacious grounds. Cafe's, restaurants bars etc. a 8 minute walk away. The breakfast menu has been updated and improved. Quiet location. A gem.

We travelled with young kid and toddler. The room there is spacious regardless of room type. Location is just right at the beach.

Very spacious all round. Large rooms with big balconies. An amazing pool. Beach access. Easy parking. Many cafe's and eateries an easy ten minute walk away. The breakfast was lacking in the area of pastries and only had pineapple and watermelon in the fruit department. Most 3 and 4 star hotels have more on offer for breakfast.

Large and comfortable hotel in a good location ”
This hotel is large, airy, and comfortable. The room furnishings could do with a minor spruce up but otherwise very nice. The pool area is large and tranquil. Rooms have a large private balcony from which you can sea the ocean and sunset. The location is central but away from the hectic, not so nice parts of Pattaya. There is a nice shopping/dining district a short walk away, and the high end drinking/dining on Royal Cliff is only a 5 min taxi ride. There is direct access to the beach, but it isn’t that great .. the pool is much nicer! I may have been there off-season, but dining amenities at the hotel were pretty limited after breakfast (which is also decent), so I did have to go out for meals.

Weekend getaway ”
We live in Bangkok and have been coming to the Heritage for eight years for weekend getaways. Compared with other resorts in the area, the Heritage is an oasis with terraced swimming pools, lush landscaping, and located directly on a secluded beach with clean waters. The staff Is very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, most with pool and angled ocean views.

Beautiful hotel with gigantic pools”
This is a huge resort hotel in Jomtien Beach with a stunning 2-level swimming pool. Rooms are very spacious with a large sofa which can be used as a bed. While the hotel was built a while ago, the finishing is of high quality (hardwood floor, granite countertop, solid wood head board etc.) and the facilities well maintained. It does show any sign of being worn out. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good in the sense that it is right by the beach. It is a bit inconvenient though in terms of shopping and dining. However, the "Russian" night market is about 500 m walk from the hotel and there you can find a lot of inexpensive street food. Talking about food, the breakfast at the hotel needs some improvement. All in all, this hotel is value for money and I will definitely go back again.

The room is really clean and big. The pool is big but little bit old with some leaves. The pool that have slide is closed for renovation but overall is great. The staff is nice always smile and supportive. The service is ok. The Breakfast is great for Thai food and ok for American breakfast. My family have a good time here.
