Pros- large room especially for price (room 2!), kindness and helpfulness of owner (a true gem!) excellent wi-fi, air conditioning that kept us cool in 43 degree Delhi heat, breakfast of omelette/toast and coffee/tea included If you are not fussy on the fanciness of your hotels, book here! Phenomenal value for money with the room we stayed in (room 2) and owner was so helpful and welcoming. Karol Bagh is full of great streetfood and metro is super close. We had a really wonderful stay.

The Hospitality Home is located conveniently close to the Karol Bagh train station, it's about a 5 min walk. The owner is a real character, very kind, helpful and sensitive. However, the whole place was filthy. The room lots of hair on the floor and a dirty sheet (both of which the staff cleaned after we made them aware of this), the bathroom was filthy (I spent the first ten minutes disinfecting and wiping the surfaces, and a LOT of dirt came off) and room was generally in a very dirty and run down state. Value for money was bad as we paid about 1500 Rupees per night and we've stayed at places for 800 that were way cleaner. It would be great if the Hospitality Home could step up on the cleanliness, because the owner seems decent and if this were improved it would be a good place to stay.

the hospitality home is the perfect place to be in New Delhi....you get what you paid for.....the Old man is very helpfull....there is better but i would stay here again

I booked a Deluxe room with breakfast but I was offered a smaller one having window in the bathroom. I feel it is visible from outside if the light is turned on in the bath room. I got breakfast on the second day only as I started first day tour at 7am which hotel's door was still closed. It's good to spend more money to get a nicer hotel.

will never use agoda again for rating this awful pit so high”
a reward should be given to anyone can survive standing in the so called reception for a few minutes for it smells horrible very very dirty place was forced to stay since it was pre paid, will never go back, will never recommend even to enemies for sure there are a lot of better places at better prices too if you dont have a choice and have to pick this place take for a night to believe it for yourself
