Clean, Adequate, Spacious for Business Travellers”
The hotel is very clean, the bed smells and feels new. Check in and check out was a breeze. I got a room with breakfast and I think the added cost is worth it if you're on the go (they have a good selection of breakfast which is delivered to your door in the morning). It's also near a couple of convenience stores if you need anything. I chose this hotel because I had an event late in the evening and had to go to my office which was nearby and didn't regret my choice. I could see myself using this hotel again the future for that similar purpose.

Affordable yet quality hotel”
This hotel is just near VFS Global (3-minute walk), which made our visa appointment very convenient. I would say that our experience here was a bliss. The staff were very accomodating, they made us feel comfortable during our stay! I highly recommend, will book again for sure!

Simple and hassle free”
If you want to a place to stay and requires nothing fancy this hotel is for you. Check in and out is so easy and fast. Staff are nice and greets you. Bed is comfy. There is a heater. Hotel is old but pretty clean. Limited parking space. Wifi is weak though but no problem coz we have data.

Perfect for VFS/Airport”
We stayed there as my wife had an early VFS Appointment. This hotel is only 10 minuted walk from the VFS Office. The hotel is spotless, the staff are really friendly and helpful and the beds and pillows are among the most comfortable I have had in many years of travelling. The only blemish on my stay was being woken at 6:30am to move my car as it was apparently in a ' residents ' space. In fairness there was a film festival taking place so parking was limited, and they got me a new space, but it was an irritation. All in all I give it 4.5/5 and would definitely recommend it.

If you are looking for a safe and clean space to stay in, this property is a great option especially for the prices in Makati. It is near enough to Glorietta and Greenbelt, that taxi fares are reasonable to get there. The accommodation is basic but very clean with nice staff members.

VFS walking distance ”
I like the quiet surroundings, if you want to go to SM and Glorietta, a cheap fare costs your taxi Php 70. 00. A walking distance to VFS Biometric Center. Also, just 120 to 150 pesos taxi to the airport. I will come back to stay in this hotel next time.
