Loved this historic hotel, great location. With age comes things like undulatiundulating water temp in the shower, but it's worth it.

Small Room
Hotel staffs are very helpful. However, the room size was rather small, did not expect it. The facilities within the room are bit of aged and torn. bathroom was not clean enough. It seems the biggest selling point of this hotel is the victorian deco and its heritage but it is certainly not up to 5-star hotel standard yet. overall, disappointed.

Disappointed. Over rated by the historical value.
The hotel in need of renovation, the carpet is so old with water stained all over it. Although the room is cleaned but very basis for a 4star hotel, it looks more like a Motel!!! There is no dental kit provided until requested so as the wifi was not offered in the first place. These are pretty basis facilities but was missed out. The hotel is full of historical value but it was in the past, they will need to offer more than this to sustain the future. We stayed two nights over the weekend.

Very old and dated
This extraordinarily expensive hotel should at least 'spruce the place up' a bit. Was not too happy with the service either. Not for me, not again.
