Low Season Specials In Paradise”
Beautiful tropical setting for a romantic get away. As local expats, we keep an eye out for good deals and value for money. The low season rates are well worth the expenditure in these troubled financial times. The staff are excellent, first class English language skills. The rooms are lovely, well stocked mini bar, and the bathrooms are luxurious with hot water shower and full bathtub. The hotspings mineral water pools are the main attraction. You can soak out your aches and pains in a mature tropical garden with floral scents in abundance. Not far away (1km) is a fantastic Thai seafood restaurant located on the beach. Great food and a "take your breath away" location. All in all the Hotsprings Beach Hotel and Spa is an experience not to be missed.

Superb relaxation”
We had great relaxing 2 days at the Hotspring. We were 4 adults and a 4 year old , we booked a grand sea view suite which was excellent, close to the beach but far from the pool which was convenient as we enjoyed the walk through the impeccable gardens. We spent all day by he pool dipping frequently in to hot spring /cold pool and even our 4 year old loved it and become unusually calm and relaxed ! We watched a beautiful sunset from the beach which has undisturbed views of the sea. For dinner we drove out of the hotel to a little local Thai so I cannot comment on the dinner standard, but for breakfast I felt they could do much better, especially in the fruit buffet, We live in Phuket so we know the variety of the fruits available during each season and having to choose only from pineapple, melon and watermelon was a big disappointment. At least a banana would be a nice addition! My husband tried the spa - relaxing oil massage and he said it was best he had in 3 years in Thailand. Overall we had great time and we will be coming back for more.

Great resort layout”
We had a lovely stay at the Hot Springs Beach Resort & Spa. We wanted solitude for our vacation and this resort is in the top 10 in Thailand for solitude! No crowds like in Patong, great place to stay for couples and families, even the solo traveler who wants to just get away and decompress from the stresses of daily business life. We're already planning for our December return. This resort, now under new management, has great potential. Just a few more things needed around the resort to make it a top quality destination. The pool and grounds have a fantastic layout not like the normal rectangle pools in some places. The hotsprings are exactly that...fed from natural hot water springs and are very hot and makes for a very relaxing dip before cooling off in the other pools. Massage service is great. You can either have them by the pools and restaurant or at a private location with your own little massage house. The misses and I thoroughly enjoyed having our massages in the massage houses....if you go there don't miss out on having this little treat and the ladies are very nice and can work on the areas you request that need extra attention.... the misses especially enjoyed this service. When ordering from the restaurant, just make sure you double check your order due to a possible language barrier...as you know this happens all over SE Asia hotels if you're a frequent traveler. Doing the this will definitely prevent headaches with food and drink ordering.

Hotsprings Resort is an AMAZING place for nature lovers”
We made our decision to come to this Resort from Canada based on the information on their Web site. Not only that we made right decision but we were so impressed with amazing details in this resort which are not mentioned on their Web site. Simply said; this is a paradise place. Two circular pools with God given warm water continuously flowing, surrounded with dense floral natural decoration makes you feel relaxed. Third, large pool between the hot water pools is good for swimming and socializing with guests from all over the world. Last, but not least is an enclosed cold water pool with conditioned water from hot springs. This one is really something out of this world. Beach is a walking distance where we enjoyed beautiful crystal clear, warm water of Andaman Sea and clean, unspoiled sand on it each afternoon. Accommodation in villas with own swimming pools offer 100% privacy, quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated inside and outside, in typical Thai style. This Resort has many other buildings architecturally in beautiful Thai style, where you can spend sitting, enjoying sceneries and listening to choirs of singing birds. Staff at this Resort is very friendly, helpful and focussed on individual needs of guests. The smile is always on their face to prove that Thailand is a place of thousand smiles. We will go again to this Resort where we spent impeccable 7 days this month. We recommend it for seniors and for young parents with children.

Fantastic resort – huge romantic swimming pool”
It is a five star resort with huge swimming pool and other two pools for the hotspring water (45-48 degrees). Some rooms have direct access to the swimming pool, some have river view. The pool direct access rooms are the best. Rooms are large clean and nicely decorated. The gardens are nice too and well maintained. The resort has its private beach but not well for swimming due to safety reasons. Check-in and checkout is fast and smooth. Breakfast is good but very basic. The resort is in an isolated area and difficult to reach, but once in the resort you in another world. The resort is about 15 min drive north Phuket. The resort main attraction is the hotspring pools and the nice swimming pool. Many groups comes to the hotel from china, Russia and Europe. It is nice for romantic relaxation. All staff is helpful and polite. The service is Excellent.

"Relaxation Plus"”
The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa was an enjoyable holiday spot as we had a Pool Villa. The room was spacious and our pool glorious. The only scary thing was when a rat ran around the pool area so this curtailed the last day's swimming earlier than planned. The Breakfast needs to be improved. The fruit selection was very poor which was surprising in a country that has beautiful fruit. When ordering Room Service one's frustration level increases as you do not get what you order eg. we ordered two American Breakfasts - one with juice, scrambled eggs and toast and one with fruit, an omelette and toast but received 3 glasses of juice, a large plate of watermelon, 2 lots of scrambled eggs, two omelettes and no toast. However, Lunch and Dinner orders were a big improvement. My nephew had an accident slipping on the staircase leading down from Reception, the manager was very helpful and allocated a driver to us the next day who took us to Bangkok International Hospital in Phuket and back to the resort. He was a great help as my nephew has to go into a plaster cast. We were not charged for the driver's services which was greatly appreciated. Overall I would return to this resort. A bit of revamping in the breakfast area and with the menu would enhance the ratings I have given.

Very relax, away from hustle & bustle Phuket town”
I love to stay away from bustling town, Phuket. That is the reason I chose this hotel. The beach is nice. The swimming & hot spring are superb. The service is ok. Wifi is a bit slow. My room is clean. The architecture seems like built in 90s. It has feeder bus to near by town Khok Kloi every two hours. Tours to Phang Nga bay, Koh Phi Phi & James Bond Island can be arrange at hotel reception. Foods are a bit over price. Continental buffet breakfast is nice. You can take breakfast box as well.

close to nature resort”
The hotel is well maintenant. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. The hotel is for lovers and family. You can ghave beswim in the ocean , find clams with local at the hotel beach, you can swim in a swimming pool, and get healthy with hotspring. My fiance' and i will definitely come back. I recommend the seaview suite because you can see the sunset at yr balcony. It is worth yr penny.

Quiet and relax hotel”
Stayed for 1 night at Hotsrping resort and spa. Spacious room . Breakfast - average. Location- far away from Patong Beach. Self drive to Patong - about 45mins. Other than hotel, no shopping area nearby, Just Tesco supermarket at the tiown, and niot much to see in the town. Just abt 5 mins drive from hotel, there,s a restaurant near the beach. Can try the dinner there. THe hotspring at the pool - nice and relaxing, not much people.

Great for the family”
We really enjoyed our stay here, my son loved the swimming pool, water slide and the fish pond. We stayed in the beach view duplex rooms which are full of character but could use a little refurbishment. These faults are easily made up for by the awesome beach views, lovely gardens and spa features that make for a very relaxing and scenic experience. Both restaurants serve the same unimaginative menu, as usual for an establishment targeted at families. The morning buffet has a good variety of the usual items, staff are friendly and helpful. Sophisticated diners will have to eat elsewhere. Overall this place is not to be missed.

Great Resort”
This was the 7th resort I stayed on my holiday in Thailand, the resort is huge and nice amenities. Like all resorts we stayed in they never have enough staff. One night in the restaurant we waited 2.5hrs to get our meal, they did comp a bottle of wine, but that just should have to happen. My major complaint and I hope the resort managers read this. They allow outsiders to use the pool/spa/Hot springs for a price, fair enough to get more income. but the issue is the hotel guests have no where to enjoy the pool because all the loungers are occupied from the outsiders. there is a very simple resolution, place "reserved for hotel guests" on some of the pool loungers. All in all this hotel is fantastic

Heaven on earth.”
Very busy resort with people coming and going so we had to wait a bit for the rooms and our luggages (we arrived before the check in time too). We enjoyed the hot spring pools very much and spent most of the time there as it was a very good spot for wifi too. Breakfast was good with varieties and the restaurant at the beach end was exccelent for dinner with nice food and view in the evening. The beach was a highlight too you can find only yourself swimming or walking there early in the morning, so beautiful.

Quiet and perfectly relaxing with lovely rooms”
we only stayed for one night as we were passing through but would seriously consider staying for longer. Great if you have just arrived and just want to relax. Shuttle bus takes you to the beach as their own has strong currents and isn't that safe. Hardly anyone on the beach - they bring your sunbeds out for you when you arrive and put them where ever you like. Sea was quite surfy but good fun - not suitable for young children but the facilities in the hotel were fine. When we arrived it was so quiet. Room was delightful. Twin room but each bed was nearly a double, rain shower, bath...it was so clean. Staff were really lovely and very helpful. They were having their restaurant on the beach refurbished but the main restaurant in the hotel was just as nice (and probably best to go to considering we had a thunder storm in the middle and it wasn't so far to walk back to our rooms!) You could hire bikes and kyacks were free. We would go back and stay longer as we didn't have time to go into town,

Fantastic location, but isolated”
We chose to stay at Hotspring because of my wife's illness and wanted her to benefit from the hot spring properties. It was disappointing that there were no guidelines at the hotel as to how best to use the hot spring. Sitting too long in the spring soon saps your strength ..so use with caution. The resort is isolated, but there is a free mini bus you can jump on which will take you to the local village. As for taking tours, there was only one on offer and the hotel staff could not give any information about it.

Fantastic hotspring pools”
It is rather exciting to drive and find the hotel, given that it is our first time there. Luckily the gps works. Its location is rather far away from Phuket. Think it should be about an hour drive. The experience was still great as we just indulged ourselves in the hotel's hotspring pools and swimming pool. Did not eat anything from the hotel so we brought our own food there. There is no nearby shops insight. Overall, it is a great stay for a day to enjoy the hotel's facilities.

A REAL HOT SPRING HOTEL”
We have a very good time here during our stay, especially there was a REAL Hot spring pool in this Hotel. In my life, i am the person do not believe the hot spring water can do any or cure any to human till I try this one, it really ease away my aching of my leg. Landscape are beautify especially to our group of photographer, beautiful sun set at near by beach facing the Andaman Sea. A very good hotel resort for relaxation and recharging.

Sweet Honeymoon Suite”
If you want to relax, this is an EXCELLENT place for it. We highly recommend the Honeymoon Bungalow - you get your own private pool with a lovely Thai Style, gazebo-like area in the "back yard". Note: the first room we were in was the "Deluxe Pool Room". The room was actually quite noisy. They moved us to the MUCH more quiet Bungalow. Excellent customer service!!! At the time of booking this room was only about 30 USD more so I would have reserved this one had I known the noise level poolside. *highly recommend* They are wonderful people at a wonderful location! Just Go!
