A neat and clean hotel. The staff are friendly. The location is perfect. The breakfast was fine but I would prefer a little more variety. Excellent value for money compared to other hotels in Port Elizabeth.

Decent hotel, value for money.”
Checked in late around 2200h, reception was already closed (closes at 2100h). Front gate and door were both locked, had to buzz to enter. Check-in was quick and easy, done in seconds, of course she was expecting us. 2 story building, stairs only no lifts/elevators. Spacious room, but only 1 towel provided in the room. Room is equipped with a fan and no aircon. It's winter time, but for some odd reason, the heater is wall mounted 3 metres away from the bed, which obviously is too far to even feel the heat. Spent the 2 nights freezing in bed. Breakfast was made to order, I'm guessing it's because they don't have enough guests staying to make breakfast buffet stye. Otherwise, the breakfast is quite average and also small portion.

Convenience at the Hub”
This was a very convenient location for me. I do think the staff could improve on their offering - breakfast was very average and there wasn’t much toilet paper, milk or coffee (not a single sachet)! More attention to detail is needed.

Spacious room, modern facilities, tranquil, beautiful. I feel they can pay attention to little details. Small pillows, shower-head from the 80s, air-conditioning, tv channels and picture quality.

Modern but lacking”
Building looks very good, but the lack of attention to detail is a concern. Towels need replacing mine were grey not white and extremely thin. Mattress was of bad quality or need replacing.

The dates were wrong on my booking and when I tried to change it the site would not allow me too and no one was answering at the Hotel, this resulted in me losing the money for the booking.

Most friendly and helpful management and staff. Couldn't have asked for better. Lots of parking. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was beyond good. We were very pleased with our stay, and although short, we hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The management of the facility is good. The only problem is the cleaners of the facility. They dont clean the property correctly, how can a kettle have dust on top while is boiling water every day. They are not friendly as on the 25th of december 2018 they did not in the first place inform us that they knock off at 12. They wanted to clean the room at 11:30 and we were still busy. When we left the room at 11:49 you could hear their unhappiness.

When I booked the Guest House I expected OK, but received excellent everything. The staff are amazing with their service, I'd give their hospitality 5 stars. The house keeping is by someone who has a hands on approach. Rooms were spotlessly clean, also newly renovated with totally modern furniture and linen. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

Port Elizabeth ”
The corridor to the ground floor rooms has a very wet smell and the room curtains had black mold on them. Really a heath risk and the manager had no idea of the condition of the room .
