ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!”
1. There is a 2k deposit upon checkin (refundable - if no damage upon checkout) 2. Parking is too narrow and I think it can only accommodate 5 cars max. 3. Vertical parking so if your car is near the gate and someone will go out, you need to go to the parking area to move your car. 4. Cleanliness is superb - they do UV in each room ( A plus for me coz it ease my mind) I am a bit paranoid nowadays lol. 5. No phone in the room but you can message the front desk via messenger anytime of the day. 6. I really LOVE the interior design of the room, bath, garden outside our room (A2) 7. Bed is super soft. I love it! 8. Toiletries included. 9. Very clean sheets, towel, etc. 10. Hotel is hard to find (hotel location - left side of the street). Look for the small signage in the gate. 11. Breakfast is great! 12. Hotel Staffs including the manager are kind, friendly and respectful. Highest praise! 13. Equipped with Netflix, Youtube etc. 14. They follow the covid protocol very strictly

Excellent Customer Service ”
We really got the most from this hotel, we were originally staying in their Garden room and enjoyed the view and the strong wind outside. It’s really relaxing to the ears, it’s like you’re on beachside. We encountered a minor problem with their lavatory that needs just a little fix, and the manager/owner insisted us to get a room upgrade at the same price and got transferred to their VIP room. Really liked their VIP room it’s spacious and clean, literally Netflix and chill. The unfinished garden facing the VIP room will be awesome once it’s done in the future. Staffs were courteous and so kind. Thank you everyone! Esp to the very accommodating Sir Oscar. Thumbs up to your service! God bless!

한국어로 읽고싶다면 파파고를 돌려주세요~ The hotel guard, the staff, and the owner are all kind. Hot water comes out well. It's cool because it's a new air conditioner. The room is neat and very sedate. The bed is very fluffy unlike any other place, and so is the pillow. Please adjust the air conditioner temperature since the blanket is thin. There are a toothbrush, toothpaste, small soap, and a large towel in the room. I took my hair dryer, lotion, shampoo, and bodyshampoo. If you want to borrow from the that, you may want to contact first and ask. The garden is very pretty in the accommodation. They dress up the garden with sincerity every day. Sometimes cute cats come, too. It is also fun to feed cats. Just don't feed me too much. I have a stomachache. I like to sit on the terrace and watch the sky. There are many nearby franchised restaurants. It is good to use because it is near the subway and bus terminal. I think it was a very nice place. I plan to use it again later. Always stay healthy. Stuff us sooo nice! Oscar was very friendly and willing to help with everything, we felt safe and very comfortable. Rooms are clean, garden is beautiful. Aslo location is great and safe. Me and my girlfriend from Serbia are so happy with our experience in District Hub, we higly recommend it and definitely coming back!!!!

Young but Dynamic”
Do not judge the book with its cover. Outside, its not looks like your typical and normal accommodation that you gonna find along Pasay City area. Wait when you enter to their place and see the garden. It like an enchanted place that will take you miles away from the metro and be rejuvenate with a piece of nature. the bed is great, the wooden tiles is amazing and the shower room is spacious and i love the color combination between white tiles walls and wood color floor. the staff are very accommodating and respond to the needs of it clientele. According to the staff. they are 2 month old and on soft opening. The experiences is beyond expectation with this young accomodation

I originally booked 2 weeks stay but i extended for another week. The place is cozy and it feels like you are in a resort. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. everything was nice and clean. though the bathroom floor is very slippery when wet and could be hazardous for the kids and the elders. i suggest putting some rubber flooring on that part of the room.

A beautiful city oasis with garden”
I loved this new place! Everything is exactly as you see it on the pictures. The staff is amazing, very friendly and courteous. I loved the location (next to bus terminal, close to MAO and other places) and of course the beautiful garden in the middle of the city! Will definitely book it again!!!

The Hub District Garden Suites has the best staff, very friendly and courteous. Facilities are clean, bed and pillows offer good comfort. Location is great, accessible to all modes of public transport. Areas for improvement: would appreciate having a bedside table, cabinet/storage for clothes for tenants staying for more than a day and provision of towel rack in the bathroom.

It's a clean room, we chose the cheap one without private CR, but there is a public one just a few doors away from our room. it's nice and quiet. Good thing that we are the only visitor at that time so we didn't have any hard time using the comfort room/bathroom. It's a good place to stay for 1 night but if you will stay longer, better get the higher price room with private CR

i was with a friend (no option for friend sa kid of teaveller! ahaha ) , stayed forn3 nights coz we were processing our papers here in manila. the staff are so nice and very accomodating. room is very clean. i personally love the shower. but it would have been nice if me additional cabinet sa loob to out our things and valuables instead na ilagay sa gilid or sa table lng but i guess the room is designed fir short stays lng tlaga. homey kind of ambiance. nice location, quiet neighborhood. getting grab and food delivery is very easy. s/o sa cutie manager. good job indeed!
