The room is okay, worth the price. The swimming pool is outdoor surround by garden, i like it, but the thing i found the most interesting is the location. Near the hotel there is a local market, I can find something like 20 food shops in 5 minutes walking distance from hotel. The market is next to 7/11, very easy to find.

bring your own soap. Thai classic good hotel with good maintain facility almost dead but you can feel relaxed feeling 20th century Bangkok if your first visit is not this century.

A dated hotel but value for money”
The hotel is a little way off the beaten track . It is past its best but offers value for money . The staff are very friendly and we really enjoyed the swimming pool . I would not recommend the breakfast but there is a kettle although no fridge in the room . The rooms are reasonable size for the price that you pay .

Pros: place is clean, a/c works good, staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The ground and pool are impeccable Cons: lack of electrical plug ins in the poolside bungalows. Water quit 4 times while my wife was showering resulting in 4 long walks to the front desk as the room phones didn't work either. TV signal didn't come in clear. Rooms very outdated. Breakfast is processed food. Not good value for money

I won't recommend this hotel to anybody. This time I had no choice because too close to my exhibition date and there's no available hotel. Use Grab, it takes 10~40min to Impact. (depends of driver)

REALLY REGRET! ”
Staffs are nice, but it is harder communicate with them because their English are not so good... The facility is really old and noise. The room is dirty, especially the bath top. You won't want to use, and can't control the water because they just give little bit warm water to bath. WiFi can not be found even they will give you a piece of paper about their WiFi. Those said the place was great hotel, might be in 50 years ago. If you don't believe it, then you can try. Hopefully, you won't regret or make a wrong decision. Agoda must send some one else to check their facility, period.

Scam/ Criminal hotel.”
This hotel owner threatened to stop me from leaving the country because I cooked food in the room. There is no clear policy anywhere. It says nowhere that you cannot cook. Yet, just for heating some food in my room, I was given a fine of 2000 Baht. She (the owner) said that if I don’t pay I will need to pay more at the airport. Otherwise the immigration will not let me leave thailand. My holiday has turned into a disaster thanks to a moody scamming hotel owner. The other staff are fantastic. And the rooms are below average. The location is good if you want to stay near the immigration complex.
