It couldn't be more perfect!”
We went back to Vung Tau after a long time of social distance in both Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau. We arrived at 10:30 and we didn't have any place to go because Vung Tau was still under strict regulation, no dine-in restaurant, cafe or public area, however, the staff greatly supported us for early check-in with a cheerful attitude. The room was very nice, cozy, and comfortable, you can find any kinds of 5-star-hotel facilities here. We actually like the children's indoor and outdoor playground, the staff looking after our children were very friendly, my children love her a lot. In this return, we didn't see any difference in their services although they had to serve hundreds of visitors in normal time or around 30 visitors in downtime due to the Covid-19. Absolutely go back next time./KM

It was an amazing stay”
I certainly do recommend this hotel. The room was on the 11th floor as I asked for an ocean view. The rom was very clean and looked very nice. the balcony View couldn't have been better. The hotel is very clean and has a nice feel to it. The breakfast was something out of this world. You name it, it was there for you. I do a lot of traveling and I have never had such a large assortment to choice from. (including the Brownies). The receptionist didn't know how to smile, but she was very efficient. the staff was very helpful. Stay at the Imperial. You will have a wonderful time. And enjoy the walk along the beach in the evening.

One of the best private beach in Vung Tau”
The hotel is located in the heart of Vung Tau, yet manages to own a semi-private beach that is decent enough and very well kept. From the hotel you can just cross the bridge, also semi-private, to access the beach that comes with a few pools, day rooms and a nice restaurants that serves good snacks. The hotel itself is clean, spacious with the interior carrying a hint of Medieval style. Nice breakfast with wide range of choices. Professional staff. Lobby at night even comes with a pianist. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with professional receptionist”
I had been stayed here for only 1 nite. The hotel was professional one, room 1011 ( the nite of April 25th). The room was beach facing, quite, clean enough. The most impression to me was the ways of hotel receptionist treating guests. Soft voice, great behaviours from them. The uniform of bellboy like Vietnam traditional soldier a bit, but nice. He always offered me to let him taking our picture at Lobby. You will like at home with that atmosphere. Highly recommended to travellers.

Nice and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Just need to make sure families don’t let their children room around the dinner areas. It’s not safe with all the hot foods. Worried someone will drop a knife into a child or spell a hot drink or for and burn a child. There is a lot of room outside to let their child play. The hotel lobby and dinning area is not the place to play.

I made the reservation from the US after receiving a recommendation for The Imperial. From the check in process to the moment we left, we were very well taken care of. I do not speak Vietnamese so I utilized the bellman/valet all the time. Anthony was so helpful to me and by the time I left, he felt like family. On our last morning there, we were on our balcony looking over the pool area and saw a little boy run into the pool. He couldn’t swim and started drowning. The lifeguard attendant saw what happened and immediately jumped into the pool to save the little boy. We made sure we told the front desk about his quick thinking heroic actions. He’s a hero. We can’t wait to return.

Excellent hotel choice in Vung Tau”
The only hotel in Vung Tau that has it's own private beach club right across the street which make accessing the beach easier and less of a hassle compare to other hotels in Vung Tau. Their service was good, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet variety could be improved but taste-wise was good. My hotel of choice whenever I'm in to Vung Tau.

Easy overpass walkway from inside hotel to the beach”
Great family friendly hotel for our family with two young children. They had a playground area, pool, and a small kids area/room. We liked the overpass from the inside of the hotel that connected over the highway/road to the beach. That was very convenient and safe for us to get to the beach with our two young children. The rooms were the largest/most convenient setup for us. The room with the bed had a door that could be closed off to the sitting area. This way I could be with one young child for their naps, while my husband and oldest child could be separated and enjoy watching TV outside in the sitting room.

The imperial hotel has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced ever! The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel was hot busy so I was upgraded to a nicer room than I had pay for. The place was clean and has old world decor. I would stay here again!

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful grounds”
Totally worth planning a stay in Vung Tau around this hotel. The service is impeccable. They pay attention to details from the moment you slide into a large comfy chair in the lounge during check-in to the moment that you leave (including help with scheduling a bus back to Saigon). The pools are all beautiful and have nice places for shade. The room is spacious and the views of the beach are the best. In fact, it was hard to leave the hotel to explore Vung Tau, although we managed to.

I’ve got a studio with sea view on 14th floor in the Imperial residence. The room is new and clean. Everything is good. However the pool inside is so windy and too cool to swim. The LCD screen of the air conditioner is so bright at night. Overall it’s a good choice.

Wonderful welcome and clean rooms. We ll equipped toilets and spacious room. Silent and no disturbance. Walking distance to beach right opposite. Lot of food eateries nearby. Free parking for car or rented motobike. Breakfast is amazing too. Loved it !

I love the way the hotel looks. Very vintage cum Victorian style and yet subtle. Great location as well. Easy to move around as traffic is not that heavy here. Can walk with ease to the next nearest shopping mall called Lotte Mart and enjoy the cool breeze along the way. Also can visit the Vung Tau tourism market along the way too... Splendid! Nothing more to ask for in life....

Very nice hotel and rooms were nice we had a view of the beautiful pool. ”
The hotel is in a great location. The beach is across the street but you can get to it by a bridge which was convenient. I didn’t find the food or restaurants great as in other places we had visited on our trip. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we needed anything. Overall was pleased with the hotel.

Good hotel in Vung Tau”
We stayed only one night in the hotel. Must say that Imperial Hotel has a very good location, which is much more convenience for guests to travel around. The design of the room is modern and the facilities well equipped. The staff is very attentive and supportive. Not really the luxurious one in the town but still should be recommended for its good location and beautiful architecture and design.

Very nice hotel”
The hotel was very nice and we'll decorated. Our room had a view of the pool and had a balcony. The beach is across the street but the hotel has a bridge to connect it so you don't have to walk across the busy highway. We didn't care for the buffet breakfast or the food at the hotel it was just okay.

Imperial Hotel Vung Tau superb in all ways”
We recently spent 8 wonderful days during New Year 2020. What impressed us the most were the freindly, helpful staff especially Lily Nguen on the front desk registration. The facilities were so great we did not want to leave the resort, but we did go out and enjoy the sights and very friendly people of Vung Tau. The buffet breakfast was also outstanding, the gym and sauna were good too. The pool and resort area was very clean, although this time of the year was too windy during most days. We hope to be back.
