Fantastic service ”
Currently the hotel is a major building site. They should close the floors where building is ongoing. It is unpleasant to be woken by drilling at 7.30 am
This hotel is being renovated. The lobby is shut down and I believe that the pool is as well. They are adding substantial space, new rooms being built above the pre-existing hotel. If you book before the renovations are complete, you will pay less than afterward, but you will not have the same quality of experience. Also, they claim that all rooms have been renovated. Well it depends on your description of the word "renovated". They have recarpeted and repainted ( in the usual Israeli manner of painting over parts of fixtures, windows, etc., along with the walls). The furniture, woodwork plumbing fixtures, hard flooring and most of the tub surrounds haven't been replaced. I would say that "recarpeted and repainted" is a better description of the rooms than "renovated".
hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and helpful, had all the finishing touches
Nice rooms, great location
Don't go during renovation”
Workers start banging at 7 am. Internet is slower than my 3G phone. Toilet door is made of glass, so if u put light on at night my wife woke up due to the light. Location is central and staff is very friendly.
Rude Staff Disruptive Construction ruins time at Inbal”
We stayed at the Inbal for our last 3 nights on our 2 week trip to Israel. We were hoping to relax by the pool, but unfortunately the construction was so noisy and we were not informed of this before our booking. Additionally, the Inbal has some of the worst hotel staff I've ever experienced in all my travel. The staff were unhelpful, did not serve food or drink near pool, and answered any question with "I don't know." We were very disappointed in our stay at the Inbal
Perfect stay in Jerusalem ”
Perfect location within walking distance of main attractions. Excellent breakfast. Excellent, though somewhat pricey holiday meals (>300 NIS per person). Free garage parking a huge benefit if you've rented a car. Beautiful gym and pool facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Cribs available for free for travelers with kids.
The Hotel was excellent, the staff wonderful.”
Everything was absolutely perfect. I plan to return without hesitation.
clean hotel in good location”
Comfortable well located hotel, however...”
We stayed 3 nights and found the hotel enjoyable but a bit over priced.
Over priced 80's feeling”
I feel its very overpriced for what i got. 80's feeling in the rooms, elevators etc. for 3 nights i dint even get free water to drink in a room for 2. Wich i find amazing considering the price and the 5 star status. Old carpets, elevators and overall feeling. Five star location and staff. 3 star swimming pool and over all room apperience. Terrible internet
perfect hotel for a quiet shabbat”
we keep coming back to this hotel. there is no reason to go elsewhere.
Globaly a nice hotel”
we regret that our reservation requests (away from lift, quiet and high level) nevertheless we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, rooms are well equipped and bathroom too.
Great location but small rooms”
This hotel hosts many dignitaries. On the day of arrival the Israeli Prime Minister and Foreign Minister were speaking at this hotel. Because of this we were unable to park in the hotel that day. Otherwise, we had a lovely experience. Food was very good. Hotel is located near Emek Refaim which has many lovely shops and restaurants. Overall a very nice hotel,
Excellent hotel and beautiful location.”
the location was excellent, the rooms were very nice in size and very clean and very comfortable.. the lobby was beautiful, the front desk service was excellent. the breakfast was one of the best i have eaten, included in our hotel price..each morning the breakfast was fresh and that was very important to us. the hotel facilities were great. i can only say i enjoyed my whole stay there and would pick that hotel as one of the best i stayed in israel, and the price was okay, could have been a little less, but i guess i was happy in the end. we could of moved around but staying in one hotel for a while is relaxing. overall if i were you i would keep this hotel as number one. i stayed at 3 other hotels in israel and this was my pick of the best.
Very nice hotel well placed for all attractions”
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Inbal Hotel. The hotel is very close to the main attractions of Jerusalem. It will take not more than 10 minutes to reach 90% of these attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
nice rooms, nice service.”
the staff in the hotel are very nice and friendly. very nice and clean room, bathroom a little small and old but still fine. nice and delicious israeli breakfast. lobby small but ok. the parking lot was free so it was really conviniente. if you would walk 10-15 minutes you get to the german colony which is full of restaurant and caffes and little stores, very nice. i was very confortable in this hotel and i reccomend it to all.
Location and food couldn't be beat ”
Great time -- but rooms small and noisy. Our room faced the garden area andwe heard everything from dragged furniture to crying babies.
